खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावरको हकप्रद शेयर आज बन्द हुँदै खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (KKHC) ले जारी गरेको हकप्रद शेयर आज (असोज ५, २०८२) बन्द हुँदैछ। कम्पनीले भदौ ३ गतेदेखि हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन सुरु गरेको थियो भने यसअघि भदौ ३१ गतेसम्म बन्द हुने भनिए पनि पछिल्लो सूचनाअनुसार आजबाट नै बन्द हुने भएको हो। कम्पनीले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर अन्तर्गत १:१ अनुपातमा ४६ लाख ५७ हजार १४३ कित्ता शेयर जारी गरेको हो। यसमार्फत ४६ करोड ५७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको पुँजी संकलन हुनेछ। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी ४६ करोड ५७ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेकोमा हकप्रद शेयरपछि चुक्ता पुँजी ९३ करोड १४ लाख रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।Khani Khola Hydropower Rights Offering Closing Today Kathmandu — Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) is closing its rights offering today, Ashwin 5, 2082. The issue, which opened on Bhadra 3, 2082, was initially scheduled to close on Bhadra 31, 2082, but as per the latest notice, it will officially close today. The company has been issuing 100% rights shares at a ratio of 1:1, amounting to 4,657,143 units worth NPR 46.57 crores, for its existing shareholders. With this issuance, the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 46.57 crores will double and reach NPR 93.14 crores.

ई–भिसा र राजस्व संकलनका लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्ड भुक्तानी सुविधा सुरु काठमाडौं । अब नेपालमा ई–भिसा (इलेक्ट्रोनिक ट्राभल अथोराइजेशन) तथा भिसा–अन–अरलाइभ सेवाको भुक्तानी अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्डमार्फत गर्न सकिने भएको छ। नेपाल सरकारको राजस्व व्यवस्थापन सूचना प्रणाली (RMIS) मा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्ड भुक्तानी सुविधा सुरु गरिएको हो। यसका लागि महालेखा नियन्त्रक कार्यालय (FCGO), प्रवासन विभाग (DOI) र नेपाल क्लियरिङ्ग हाउस लिमिटेड (NCHL) बीच समन्वय गरिएको छ। यस प्रणालीमार्फत अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय पर्यटकहरूले प्रवासन विभागको अनलाइन पोर्टल र त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमार्फत भिसा शुल्क सहजै भुक्तानी गर्न सक्नेछन्।Kathmandu — Nepal has introduced international card payment facilities for Electronic Travel Authorization (e-visa) and visa-on-arrival services through the Government of Nepal’s Revenue Management Information System (RMIS). The intense competition among banks has driven the discount rate below 2 percent. On September 8 (Bhadra 23), the 91-day treasury bill auction recorded a discount rate of just 1.99 percent. Although the government had issued bills worth NPR 8.5 billion, total bids submitted reached NPR 63.6 billion — nearly eight times the issuance amount. In this context, the Public Debt Management Office is set to renew treasury bills worth NPR 19.49 billion today (Monday, Ashoj 5). Of this, NPR 5 billion will be for the 28-day maturity and NPR 14.49 billion for the 91-day maturity. The auction will be held online between 10 AM and 3 PM on Sunday, while the issuance date is scheduled for Tuesday, Ashoj 7.

According to a letter sent by IPPAN to SEBON, after May 2023 (2080 Jestha), delays in approving IPOs and rights share issuances affected 50 companies — 43 preparing IPOs and 7 preparing rights offerings, representing projects with a combined capacity of 975 MW. Because of these delays, IPOs worth NPR 23.27 billion could not be issued, NPR 12.40 billion in additional interest costs were incurred, NPR 24.30 billion in project costs escalated, and NPR 71.78 billion in potential government revenue was lost.

नेप्सेमा तेस्रो सर्किटपछि कारोबार बन्द काठमाडौं । शेयर बजारमा लगातार गिरावट आएपछि आज (बिहीबार) दिनभरको लागि शेयर कारोबार बन्द भएको छ। बजार खुलेको २ मिनेटमै नेप्से परिसूचक ४ प्रतिशतले घटेपछि पहिलो सर्किट ब्रेक लागेर २० मिनेटका लागि कारोबार रोकिएको थियो। सोही स्थगनपछि ११ बजेर २२ मिनेटमा बजार खुलेको एक मिनेटमै फेरि १ प्रतिशत घटेपछि दोस्रो सर्किट ब्रेक लागेर ४० मिनेटका लागि कारोबार स्थगित भएको हो। त्यसपछि १२ बजेर ३ मिनेटमा खुलेको बजार १२ बजेर ६ मिनेटमै फेरि १ प्रतिशत घट्दा तेस्रो सर्किट ब्रेक लागेको छ। नियमअनुसार तेस्रो सर्किट लागेपछि सो दिनको लागि शेयर कारोबार पूर्ण रूपमा बन्द हुन्छ। यससँगै आज दिनभर लगानीकर्ताले कारोबार गर्ने अवसर गुमाएका छन् भने बजारमा लगातारको गिरावटले साना लगानीकर्ता थप चिन्तित बनेका छन्।NEPSE Halts Trading After Third Circuit Break Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has been forced to shut down trading for the entire day after a series of consecutive declines triggered three circuit breaks on Thursday. When the market reopened at 11:22 AM, it dropped by an additional 1 percent within a minute, leading to the second circuit break and a 40-minute suspension. Trading resumed at 12:03 PM, but within three minutes, the index slipped by yet another 1 percent. नेप्सेमा दोस्रो पटक नेगेटिभ सर्किट काठमाडौं । बिहीबार शेयर बजारमा लगातार दोस्रो पटक नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेको छ। बजार खुलेको दोस्रो मिनेटमै नेप्से परिसूचक १०७.०४ अंक अर्थात् ४ प्रतिशतले घटेपछि पहिलो नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेर कारोबार २० मिनेटका लागि रोकिनु परेको थियो। २० मिनेटपछि पुनः खुलेको बजार केही मिनेटमै फेरि १३३.६३ अंक अर्थात् ५ प्रतिशतले घट्दा दोस्रो नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेको हो। यसपछि अब बजार ४० मिनेटका लागि रोकिएको छ। नियम अनुसार, बजार खुलेको पहिलो घण्टाभित्र परिसूचक ४ प्रतिशतले घटेमा वा बढेमा २० मिनेटका लागि रोकिन्छ भने दोस्रो घण्टाभित्र ५ प्रतिशतले घटेमा वा बढेमा ४० मिनेटका लागि रोकिने व्यवस्था छ। यस्तै, ६ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी उतारचढाव भएमा सो दिनका लागि बजार पूर्ण रूपमा बन्द हुने प्रावधान छ।Second Negative Circuit in Nepse Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has faced its second negative circuit on Thursday. Within just the second minute of trading, the benchmark index dropped by 107.04 points, or 4 percent, triggering the first negative circuit and halting transactions for 20 minutes. When the market reopened after the break, it again plunged sharply—this time by 133.63 points, or 5 percent—leading to the second negative circuit. As a result, trading has now been suspended for 40 minutes. According to Nepse rules, if the index rises or falls by 4 percent within the first hour of trading, the market halts for 20 minutes. If it moves by 5 percent within the second hour, trading is suspended for 40 minutes. Similarly, if the index fluctuates by 6 percent or more in a single day, the market closes for the rest of that session.
