निर्यात मूल्य घट्दा व्यापारको सर्त कमजोर, आयात मूल्य बढ्दो काठमाडौं । आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो चार महिना (२०८२ कात्तिकसम्म) को तथ्याङ्कले नेपालको वैदेशिक व्यापारमा मूल्यगत दबाब देखाएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको भन्सार तथ्याङ्कमा आधारित विवरणअनुसार निर्यात र आयात दुवैको मूल्य सूचकाङ्कमा फरक–फरक दिशा देखिएको छ, जसले व्यापार सन्तुलनमा थप चुनौती उत्पन्न गरेको संकेत गर्दछ। वार्षिक विन्दुगत आधारमा २०८२ कात्तिक महिनामा निर्यातको एकाइ मूल्य सूचकाङ्क १.२ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ। यसको अर्थ निर्यात हुने वस्तुहरू अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा सस्तो मूल्यमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारमा बिक्री भएको देखिन्छ। निर्यात मूल्य घट्नुले निर्यात आम्दानीमा अपेक्षाभन्दा कम वृद्धि हुने जोखिम बढाएको विश्लेषकहरूको भनाइ छ।Export Prices Decline as Import Costs Rise, Weakening Terms of Trade Recent data for the first four months of fiscal year 2082/83 (up to mid-November 2025) point to growing price-related pressure in Nepal’s foreign trade. निर्यात–आयातको संरचनामा स्पष्ट परिवर्तन, उपभोग्य वस्तुमा निर्भरता बढ्दै काठमाडौं । आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो चार महिना (२०८२ कात्तिकसम्म) को तथ्याङ्कले नेपालको वैदेशिक व्यापार संरचनामा उल्लेखनीय परिवर्तन देखाएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको विवरणअनुसार निर्यात र आयात दुवैको संरचना अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा फरक दिशातर्फ उन्मुख भएको देखिन्छ, जसले देशको उत्पादन, उपभोग र लगानी प्रवृत्तिको संकेत गर्दछ। समीक्षा अवधिमा भएको कुल निर्यातमध्ये अन्तिम उपभोग्य वस्तुको हिस्सा ६९.६ प्रतिशत पुगेको छ। अघिल्लो वर्षको सोही अवधिमा यस्तो हिस्सा ५०.९ प्रतिशत मात्र थियो। यसले निर्यात वृद्धिको ठूलो हिस्सा उपभोग्य वस्तुमा केन्द्रित भएको देखाउँछ। त्यस्तै, मध्यवर्ती वस्तुको निर्यात हिस्सा २९.८ प्रतिशत मा सीमित भएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको ४८.२ प्रतिशत बाट उल्लेखनीय रूपमा घटेको हो। पुँजीगत वस्तुको निर्यात हिस्सा ०.६ प्रतिशत मात्र रहेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको ०.९ प्रतिशत भन्दा पनि कम हो।Shift Seen in Export–Import Structure, Rising Dependence on Consumer Goods Exports Kathmandu. स्वदेशमै शतप्रतिशत पुनर्बीमा अनिवार्य गरेपछि जीवन बीमक असन्तुष्ट काठमाडौं — नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले जीवन बीमासहित विभिन्न बीमा क्षेत्रको पुनर्बीमा शतप्रतिशत स्वदेशमै गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था लागू गरेपछि जीवन बीमा कम्पनीहरू असन्तुष्ट बनेका छन् । बीमाको आधारभूत सिद्धान्तविपरीत जोखिमलाई एउटै स्थानमा केन्द्रित गरिएको भन्दै बीमकहरूले उक्त निर्णयप्रति आपत्ति जनाएका हुन् । प्राधिकरणले बीमक पुनर्बीमा निर्देशिका–२०८० जारी गर्दै जीवन बीमा मात्र नभई मोटर बीमा, कृषि, पशुपन्छी तथा जडीबुटी बीमा, हुलदंगा तथा आतंकवाद बीमा र अन्य विविध बीमाको पुनर्बीमा पनि शतप्रतिशत स्वदेशी पुनर्बीमा कम्पनीमार्फत गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरेको छ । निर्देशिकाको दफा ८ अनुसार स्वदेशी पुनर्बीमकले प्राप्त पुनर्बीमा अस्वीकार गर्नसमेत नपाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।Life Insurance Companies Unhappy with Mandatory Domestic Reinsurance Policy Kathmandu — Life insurance companies have expressed dissatisfaction after the Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) introduced a policy requiring 100 percent domestic reinsurance for life insurance and several other insurance categories. Insurers argue that the decision contradicts the fundamental principles of insurance by concentrating risk within a single geography, potentially increasing systemic vulnerability. The NIA recently issued the Insurers’ Reinsurance Directive–2080, making it mandatory for life insurance, motor insurance, agriculture, livestock and herbal insurance, riot and terrorism insurance, and other miscellaneous insurance to be reinsured entirely through domestic reinsurance companies. According to Clause 8 of the directive, domestic reinsurers are also prohibited from rejecting any reinsurance business received under this arrangement.

१४ कारोबार दिनपछि नेप्से परिसूचक २६०० विन्दुमुनि झरेको छ। साताको पहिलो कारोबार दिन आइतबार नेप्से १२.५० अंकले घट्दै २५९४.८७ विन्दुमा बन्द भयो। परिसूचक घटेपनि कारोबार रकम भने बढेर ४ अर्ब ७४ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। यस दिन स्वस्तिक लघुवित्त र एसवाई प्यानल सकारात्मक सर्किटमा पुगेका छन् भने कुमारी बैंकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार रकमका आधारमा अग्रस्थानमा रहेको छ। अधिकांश उपसमूह घटेका छन् भने बैंकिङ्ग र म्युचुअल फण्ड उपसमूह सामान्य रूपमा बढेका छन्।The NEPSE index slipped below the 2,600-point level after 14 trading days, closing at 2,594.87 on Sunday with a loss of 12.50 points. Despite the decline, market turnover increased to over NPR 4.74 billion. Shares of Swastik Laghubitta and SY Panel hit the positive circuit, while Kumari Bank’s promoter shares led the market in terms of turnover. Most sectoral indices closed lower, except banking and mutual funds which posted marginal gains.

The Election Commission has accelerated preparations for the polls, while the government and political parties have also intensified their respective election-related activities. The Election Commission has already completed the process of registering political parties for both the first-past-the-post and proportional representation systems. It has also begun determining the proportional representation quotas based on population, allocating percentages for Dalits, Indigenous Nationalities, Khas Arya, Madhesi, Tharu, and Muslim communities. The election, scheduled for Falgun 21, is being prepared under a draft Election Code of Conduct, for which the Commission is currently collecting feedback.

The company is moving ahead with the public issue after successfully completing the allocation of shares to Nepali citizens working abroad. In the first phase, the company issued 115,596 shares to Nepalis with valid labor approval working overseas from Mangsir 22 to 25. Following this, Reliance received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue a total of 1,155,960 shares to the public. Out of this, 57,798 shares have been reserved for company employees, and the remaining 924,768 shares will be offered to the general public.

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आफ्नो उपदान र पेन्सन कोषमा रहेको ६ अर्ब ६० करोड रुपैयाँ बैंकहरूको मुद्दती निक्षेपमा लगानी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस लगानीको उद्देश्य बाणिज्य बैंकहरूको तरलता सुदृढ गर्नु र समग्र अर्थतन्त्रको स्थिरता सुनिश्चित गर्नु हो। राष्ट्र बैंकले मंसिर २९ गते राति ७ बजेसम्म ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव गर्न बैंकहरुलाई आह्वान गरेको छ। यसका आधारमा, बैंकहरूले प्रस्तावित ब्याजदरको आधारमा मुद्दती निक्षेपको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउनेछन्।Nepal Rastra Bank has decided to invest NPR 6.6 billion from its grants and pension funds into the fixed deposits of various banks. The purpose of this investment is to strengthen the liquidity of commercial banks and ensure the overall stability of the economy. The central bank has called upon the banks to propose interest rates by 7:00 PM on Mangsir 29. Based on these proposed interest rates, the fixed deposit process will proceed accordingly.
