चिकित्सा विज्ञान राष्ट्रिय प्रतिष्ठान, बीपी कोइराला स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठान, पाटन स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठानसहित कर्णाली, पोखरा र राप्ती स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठानलाई पुनर्संरचना गरी छाता ऐनमार्फत व्यवस्थापन सुदृढ गरिने भएको छ । राष्ट्रिय कृषि आधुनिकीकरण कार्यक्रमका जिल्लास्तरीय कार्यालय हटाएर सात प्रदेशमा राखिने भएको छ । कालीमाटी फलफूल तथा तरकारी बजार विकास समितिलाई भने सम्बन्धित स्थानीय तहमा हस्तान्तरण गर्ने वा लिजमा दिने भन्नेबारे थप अध्ययन गर्नुपर्ने प्रतिवेदनमा औंल्याइएको छ ।The National Academy of Medical Sciences, the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences and the Patan Academy of Health Sciences, along with the Karnali, Pokhara and Rapti health science academies, are to be restructured and their management strengthened through an umbrella act. The district-level offices of the National Agriculture Modernization Program are to be removed and the program retained across the seven provinces. As for the Kalimati Fruits and Vegetable Market Development Committee, the report notes that further study is needed on whether to transfer it to the relevant local level or lease it out.
