एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले ३.५ लाखभन्दा बढी अवितरित शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्यायो एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीले आज (भदौ २२ गते) देखि साढे ३ लाखभन्दा बढी अवितरित हकप्रद शेयर लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री खुलाएको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि असार २५ गतेदेखि साउन २० गतेसम्म १ः०.४२ अनुपातमा कुल १ करोड ४२ लाख ७९ हजार ३१२.४८ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको थियो। सो अवधिमा २७ हजार ६२२ जना शेयरधनीलाई १ करोड ३९ लाख २० हजार ८०० कित्ता शेयर बाँडफाँट भइसकेको छ। बाँडफाँटमा नपरेका ३ लाख ५८ हजार ५१२.४८ कित्ता शेयर अब लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा आउन लागेका हुन्। जसमा ३० हजार ३८.५७ कित्ता संस्थापक तथा ३ लाख २८ हजार ४७३.९१ कित्ता सर्वसाधारण समूहका छन्।Asian Life Insurance Opens Auction for Over 350,000 Unsubscribed Rights Shares Asian Life Insurance Company has opened the auction of more than 350,000 unsubscribed rights shares starting today (Bhadra 22). Earlier, the company had issued a total of 14,279,312.48 units of rights shares at a 1:0.42 ratio between Ashadh 25 and Shrawan 20 at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. During that period, 27,622 shareholders applied, and 13,920,800 units were allotted. The remaining 358,512.48 units, which could not be distributed, are now being sold through the auction process. Out of these, 30,038.57 units belong to the promoter group and 328,473.91 units to the general public group.
