गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको आईपीओ आवेदनको आज अन्तिम दिन गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीको साधारण शेयर (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिनका लागि आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीलाई १० प्रतिशत (२ लाख २५ हजार कित्ता) आईपीओ जारी गरिसकेको छ। दोस्रो चरणमा कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँका दरले १८ लाख ४५ हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि जारी गरेको हो। आवेदन न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म दिन सकिनेछ। यसअघि कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी पुँजी ७५ करोड रुपैयाँको ३० प्रतिशत अर्थात् २२ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको २२ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्कासन गर्न नियामक निकायबाट अनुमति पाएको थियो। यो आईपीओमा लगानी गर्न इच्छुकले आज कार्यालय समयभित्र आफ्नो आवेदन दर्ता गराइसक्नुपर्नेछ।Today is the Last Day to Apply for Guardian Micro Life Insurance IPO Kathmandu, January 8 – Today is the final day to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Company. In the first phase, the company had already issued 10% (225,000 shares) of its IPO to Nepalis working abroad. In the second phase, the company has issued 1.845 million shares to the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. Earlier, the company had received approval to issue a total of 2.25 million shares, equivalent to NPR 225 million, which represents 30% of its issued capital of NPR 750 million. Interested investors must submit their applications within today’s office hours.
