साताको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन बिहीबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक १२.८३ अंक घटेर २६२०.९२ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। नेप्सेसँगै कारोबार रकम पनि घट्दै ४ अर्ब ७१ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भयो। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये १२ उपसमूह घट्दा समग्र बजार कमजोर देखियो। यद्यपि, विन नेपाल लघुवित्त सकारात्मक सर्किटमा रहँदा एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल र हिम स्टार ऊर्जामा लगानीकर्ताको आकर्षण देखियो।On the final trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 12.83 points to close at 2,620.92. Market turnover also declined to NPR 4.71 billion, reflecting cautious investor sentiment. Out of 13 sectoral indices, 12 ended lower, indicating overall market weakness. However, Vin Nepal Laghubitta hit the positive circuit, while SY Panel Nepal and Him Star Urja attracted notable buying interest.

चालू आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को साउनयता नेपालमा केवल ५ वटा जलविद्युत् कम्पनीले मात्र आईपीओ निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाएका छन्। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) का अनुसार सोलु, भुजुङ, रिड्ज लाइन इनर्जी, सुर्यकुण्ड र सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावरले आईपीओ अनुमति पाएका हुन्। यता, ३७ वटा अन्य जलविद्युत् कम्पनीहरू भने अझै आईपीओ स्वीकृतिको पर्खाइमा रहेका छन्, जसले जलविद्युत् क्षेत्रको सार्वजनिक निष्कासन प्रक्रिया सुस्त रहेको संकेत गर्छ।Since the beginning of fiscal year 2082/83, only five hydropower companies in Nepal have received approval to issue Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). According to the Nepal Securities Board (SEBON), Solu, Bhujung, Ridge Line Energy, Suryakunda, and Super Khudi Hydropower have been approved so far. Meanwhile, 37 other hydropower companies are still awaiting IPO clearance, highlighting delays in the public issuance process within the hydropower sector.

बिहीबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्यमा निरन्तर गिरावट आएको छ। सुनको मूल्य प्रतितोला १ हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ र चाँदीको मूल्य प्रतितोला ५५ रुपैयाँले घटेको हो। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला २ लाख ५९ हजार ६ सय रुपैयाँ र चाँदी प्रतितोला ४ हजार ४१५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य लगातार तेस्रो दिन पनि ओरालो लागेको हो।Gold and silver prices declined in the Nepali market on Thursday for the third consecutive day. Gold fell by NPR 1,400 per tola and silver by NPR 55 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, gold is trading at NPR 259,600 per tola, while silver stands at NPR 4,415 per tola.

The company has received approval to issue 7.5 million shares, equivalent to 20 percent of its NPR 3.75 billion paid-up capital. Of the total issue, 1.875 million shares are reserved for local residents and 562,500 shares for foreign-employed Nepalis. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 100,000 shares. Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal has assigned the company an IRN BB+ rating, and Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager.

The bank has moved to the second phase of IPO issuance after successfully allotting shares reserved for Nepalis working abroad. The bank had received approval to issue IPO worth 33 percent of its issued capital of NPR 522.388 million, amounting to NPR 172.388 million, equivalent to 1,723,880 ordinary shares. In the first phase, 172,388 shares were allotted to Nepalis employed overseas who had obtained labor approval from the Government of Nepal. चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो पाँच महिनामा सरकारले ४ खर्ब ९ अर्ब ७८ करोड रुपैयाँ राजश्व संकलन गरेको छ, जुन वार्षिक लक्ष्यको ७८.७४ प्रतिशत मात्र हो। गत वर्षको तुलनामा राजश्व १.६८ प्रतिशतले बढे पनि आयकर भने ८ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ। ब्याजदर घट्नु, घरजग्गा र शेयर बजारको कारोबार सुस्त हुनुका कारण पुँजीगत लाभकरमा कमी आएको अर्थ मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। आगामी दिनमा घरजग्गा कारोबार खुल्नु, शेयर बजारमा सुधार र निर्वाचन तथा पुनर्निर्माण खर्चले राजश्व वृद्धि हुने सरकारको विश्वास छ।The Government of Nepal collected NPR 409.78 billion in revenue during the first five months of fiscal year 2082/83, achieving 78.74 percent of its annual target. While overall revenue increased by 1.68 percent compared to last year, income tax revenue declined by 8 percent due to lower interest rates and sluggish real estate and stock market activities. The Ministry of Finance expects revenue to improve in the coming months as land transactions resume, the stock market shows signs of recovery, and spending related to elections and reconstruction increases economic activity.

काठमाडौँ । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले विदेशी लगानी तथा विदेशी ऋण व्यवस्थापन विनियमावलीको पाँचौं संशोधन गर्दै विदेशी लगानी भित्र्याउन र आर्जित रकम फिर्ता लैजान राष्ट्र बैंकको पूर्वस्वीकृति आवश्यक नपर्ने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। अब विदेशी लगानीकर्ता वाणिज्य बैंकमार्फत सिधै विदेशी मुद्रा सटही गरी लगानी, लाभांश र मुनाफा विदेश पठाउन सक्नेछन्। नयाँ व्यवस्थाले कालोसूचीमा रहेका कम्पनीलाई पनि विदेशी लगानी ल्याउन अनुमति दिएको छ भने विदेशी ऋणसम्बन्धी व्यवस्था थप लचिलो बनाइएको छ। यसले नेपालमा लगानी प्रक्रिया सहज, छरितो र पारदर्शी बनाउँदै विदेशी लगानी आकर्षण बढाउने राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ। Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has amended the Foreign Investment and Foreign Loan Management Regulation, removing the requirement for prior NRB approval to bring in or repatriate foreign investment. Foreign investors can now directly repatriate investment, profits, and dividends through licensed commercial banks. The new provision also allows blacklisted companies to receive foreign investment and further relaxes rules on foreign loans. NRB stated that the amendment will simplify procedures, improve transparency, and enhance Nepal’s overall investment climate.

मंगलबार स्थानीय बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्यमा तीव्र गिरावट आएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार सुनको मूल्य प्रतितोला ७ हजार ९ सय रुपैयाँले घटेर २ लाख ६२ हजार १ सय रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ भने चाँदीको मूल्य पनि ३०५ रुपैयाँले घट्दै प्रतितोला ४ हजार ५९० रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएको छ।Gold and silver prices dropped sharply in the local market on Tuesday.
