नेपालमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट प्रवाह हुने सेयर धितो (मार्जिन) कर्जा ६ महिनामा २६.३ प्रतिशतले बढेको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार असार मसान्तसम्म ९० अर्ब ९ करोड रहेको मार्जिन कर्जा पुस मसान्तसम्म १ खर्ब १३ अर्ब ७७ करोड पुगेको छ। पुस महिनामा मात्र ५ अर्ब ८३ करोड कर्जा प्रवाह भएको छ। विशेषगरी १ करोडमाथिको कर्जा ३४.९ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भई ७५ अर्ब ४४ करोड पुगेको छ। सानो सीमाका कर्जाको वृद्धिदर न्यून देखिएको छ। ठूला लगानीकर्ताको आक्रामक प्रवेशले सेयर बजारमा जोखिम समेत बढ्न सक्ने आँकलन गरिएको छ।Margin lending through banks and financial institutions in Nepal has surged by 26.3% in the past six months. According to Nepal Rastra Bank, margin loans, which stood at NPR 90.09 billion at the end of Asar, have risen to NPR 113.77 billion by the end of Poush. In Poush alone, NPR 5.83 billion in margin loans was issued. Notably, loans exceeding NPR 10 million increased by 34.9% to reach NPR 75.44 billion. Meanwhile, smaller loan segments saw minimal growth. The aggressive borrowing by large investors has raised concerns about potential risks in the stock market.

नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा चालु आर्थिक वर्षको पहिलो छ महिनामा १६ अर्ब ३३ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको नयाँ धितोपत्र सूचीकृत भएको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार, पुस मसान्तसम्म नेपालको धितोपत्र बजारको कुल पुँजीकरण ४३ खर्ब २ अर्ब ८८ करोड पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा ९ खर्ब ७२ अर्ब १३ करोडले वृद्धि भएको हो। नेप्से परिसूचक पनि २५९४.१३ बिन्दुमा पुगेर उल्लेखनीय रूपमा उकालो लागेको छ।In the first six months of the current fiscal year, new securities worth Rs 16.33 billion have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). According to Nepal Rastra Bank, by the end of Poush, the total market capitalization of Nepal's securities market had reached Rs 4.302 trillion, reflecting an increase of Rs 972.13 billion compared to the previous year. The NEPSE index has also surged significantly, reaching 2,594.13 points.
