शंकास्पद कारोबार ४९% ले वृद्धि, वित्तीय जानकारी इकाईको प्रतिवेदन सार्वजनिक काठमाडौं, ६ जेठ २०८२ – नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको वित्तीय जानकारी इकाईले सन् २०२४ मा शंकास्पद कारोबार र गतिविधिमा ४९ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भएको जनाएको छ। इकाईले हालै प्रकाशित गरेको सन् २०२४ को गतिविधिसम्बन्धी न्यूजलेटरमा यस्तो तथ्यांक उल्लेख गरिएको छ। सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण ऐन, २०६४ अनुसार सूचक संस्थाहरूले इकाईमा पेस गरेका शंकास्पद कारोबार र गतिविधि प्रतिवेदनको संख्या सन् २०२३ मा ६,२५५ रहेकोमा सन् २०२४ मा ४९% ले बढेर ९,३०४ पुगेको छ। यीमध्ये १,८९४ प्रतिवेदनको विश्लेषण गरिएकोमा १,०८६ प्रतिवेदन थप अनुसन्धानका लागि कानुन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने निकाय र नियामकीय कारबाहीका लागि नियमनकारी निकायमा पठाइएको छ। बाँकी ८०८ प्रतिवेदन भविष्यमा थप जानकारी प्राप्त भएमा पुनः विश्लेषण गर्न अभिलेखीकरण गरिएको छ। सूचक संस्थाहरूले सन् २०२३ मा १७ लाख ८३ हजार १८३ सीमा कारोबारको विवरण पेस गरेका थिए, जुन सन् २०२४ मा बढेर १९ लाख ७२ हजार ८५५ पुगेको छ। सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण र आतंककारी कार्यमा वित्तीय लगानी निवारणसम्बन्धी रिपोर्टिङका लागि इकाईको गोएएमएल प्रणालीमा आवद्ध संस्थाहरूको संख्या सन् २०२३ मा १,४९६ रहेकोमा सन् २०२४ मा १,९०५ पुगेको छ।Suspicious Transactions Surge by 49%, Financial Information Unit Releases 2024 Report The Financial Information Unit of Nepal Rastra Bank has reported a 49% increase in suspicious transactions and activities in 2024, according to its recently published 2024 activity newsletter. Under the Asset Laundering Prevention Act, 2064, the number of suspicious transaction and activity reports submitted by reporting entities to the unit rose from 6,255 in 2023 to 9,304 in 2024, marking a 49% growth. Of these, 1,894 reports were analyzed, with 1,086 forwarded for further investigation to law enforcement/investigative bodies and regulatory actions to regulatory authorities. The remaining 808 reports have been archived for re-analysis if additional information becomes available in the future.

गभर्नर नियुक्ति : अन्तिम छलफलका लागि ओली र देउवाबीच भेटवार्ता प्रधानमन्त्री तथा नेकपा एमालेका अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली र नेपाली कांग्रेसका सभापति शेरबहादुर देउवाबीच सोमबार साँझ महत्वपूर्ण भेटवार्ता हुने भएको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटारमा साँझ ६ बजेका लागि बोलाइएको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकअघि उनीहरूबीच राष्ट्र बैंकको गभर्नर नियुक्ति विषयमा अन्तिम छलफल हुने प्रधानमन्त्रीको निजी सचिवालयले जानकारी दिएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक लामो समयदेखि गभर्नरविहीन रहेको बेला एमाले र कांग्रेसबीच गभर्नर नियुक्ति विषयमा रस्साकस्सी जारी छ। यस्तो संवेदनशील घडीमा दुई शीर्ष नेताबीचको भेटलाई अर्थपूर्ण रूपमा हेरिएको छ। सूत्रका अनुसार कांग्रेस र एमालेबीच कांग्रेस निकट डा. विश्व पौडेललाई गभर्नरमा नियुक्त गर्ने सहमति बनेको छ। तर हालसम्म सिफारिस समिति गठनको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढ्न सकेको छैन। कानुनअनुसार सिफारिस समितिले तीन जनाको नाम सिफारिस गरी मन्त्रिपरिषद्मा पठाउनु पर्नेछ। त्यसपछि मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले एकजनालाई गभर्नर नियुक्त गर्ने निर्णय गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको छ। अबको छलफलले गभर्नर नियुक्तिको जटिलता अन्त्य गर्ने आशा गरिएको छ।PM Oli and NC President Deuba to Hold Key Meeting on NRB Governor Appointment This Evening Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba are set to hold an important meeting this evening at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar. According to the Prime Minister’s private secretariat, the meeting will take place just before the scheduled Cabinet meeting at 6 PM and will focus on final discussions regarding the appointment of the new Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.

नेप्सेमा बाउन्स ब्याक : ६ दिनको गिरावटपछि सूचक उकालो, ‘मर्निङ स्टार’ ले संकेत गर्‍यो सुधारको लगातार ६ कारोबार दिनसम्म ओरालो लागेको शेयर बजारले सोमबार पुनः सुधारको संकेत देखाएको छ। नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक १९.३० अंकले उकालो लाग्दै २६२८.३६ मा पुगेको छ। अघिल्लो दिन २६०९.०५ मा रोकिएको सूचकले २६ सयको मनोवैज्ञानिक स्तरमा टिक्दै लगानीकर्तामा आशा जगाएको हो। सोमबार ७ अर्ब ३५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको कारोबार भएको थियो। यद्यपि, कारोबार रकम अघिल्लो दिनको तुलनामा केही घटेको छ। कुल ३२४ कम्पनीका १ करोड ६२ लाख कित्ताभन्दा बढी शेयर किनबेच भए। राधी हाइड्रोपावरले ५९ करोड ७६ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको कारोबार गर्दै अग्रस्थान ओगट्यो भने नेपाल पुनर्बिमा र हिमालयन रिइन्सुरेन्सले क्रमशः दोस्रो र तेस्रो स्थानमा रहे। ५ वटा कम्पनी सकारात्मक सर्किटमा पुगेका छन् भने १ कम्पनी नकारात्मक सर्किटमा थामिएको थियो। बजारले २५ सयको स्तर पार नगरी फर्किएको संकेतलाई विश्लेषकहरूले ‘साइकोलोजिकल सपोर्ट रेस्पेक्ट’ मानिरहेका छन्।NEPSE Bounces Back: Market Rebounds After 6-Day Fall, ‘Morning Star’ Candle Hints Bullish Reversal After six consecutive trading sessions of decline, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) made a notable recovery on Monday. The benchmark index rose by 19.30 points to close at 2,628.36, signaling a potential trend reversal after holding firm near the key psychological level of 2,600. Although the total turnover surpassed NPR 7.35 billion, it slightly dropped compared to the previous day. More than 16.2 million shares from 324 companies were traded. Radhi Hydropower topped the turnover chart with transactions worth over NPR 597.6 million, followed by Nepal Reinsurance and Himalayan Reinsurance in second and third positions, respectively. Five companies hit the positive circuit limit, while one hit the negative circuit. Analysts interpret the market's rebound without breaching the 2,500 level as a sign of underlying investor confidence.
