गरिमा विकास बैंकले सर्वसाधारणका लागि २ लाख ६६ हजार ४४.५२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। जो कोही व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले यो सेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुकले चैत १७ गतेदेखि १५ दिनभित्र बैंकको लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौंस्थित प्रधान कार्यालयमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। यो कदमले लगानीकर्ताहरुका लागि नयाँ अवसर सिर्जना गरेको छ। Garima Development Bank has put 266,044.52 units of founder shares up for sale to the general public. Any individual or institution can apply to purchase these shares. Interested buyers must submit their applications, specifying the number of shares they wish to acquire, within 15 days starting from March 29 at the bank’s head office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. This move opens new opportunities for investors.

A total of 1,965,811 applications were received, requesting 22,739,650 shares. NMB Ace Capital reported that 10,126 applications were rejected, and the remaining 1,955,685 valid applicants were allotted shares through a lottery system. नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले १ अर्ब १५ करोड रुपैयाँ मुद्दति निक्षेपमा लगानी गर्ने काठमाडौं, चैत २, २०८१ – नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले उपदान तथा पेन्सन कोषमा रहेको १ अर्ब १५ करोड रुपैयाँ बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूमा मुद्दति निक्षेपका रूपमा लगानी गर्ने भएको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले यसका लागि बैंकहरूसँग ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव माग गरेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार वाणिज्य बैंकहरूमा ९२ करोड, राष्ट्रियस्तरका विकास बैंकहरूमा १७ करोड २५ लाख र वित्त कम्पनीहरूमा ५ करोड ७५ लाख रुपैयाँ लगानी गरिनेछ। यो निक्षेपका लागि बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले चैत ५ गते साँझ ७ बजेसम्म आफ्नो ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव पेश गर्न सक्नेछन्। लगानी अवधि ३६६ दिनको हुने र यो चैत १० गतेदेखि सुरु भई आगामी चैत ९ गतेसम्म कायम रहने राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Invest NPR 1.15 Billion in Fixed Deposits Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced plans to invest NPR 1.15 billion from its gratuity and pension fund as fixed deposits in banks and financial institutions. The central bank has invited proposals from banks regarding interest rates for this investment. According to NRB, NPR 920 million will be allocated to commercial banks, NPR 172.5 million to national-level development banks, and NPR 57.5 million to finance companies. Banks and financial institutions can submit their interest rate proposals until 7 PM on March 19, 2025. The investment, spanning 366 days, will commence on March 24, 2025, and continue until March 23, 2026, as per the central bank’s statement.

The shares include 1 million units of Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA), 287,842 units of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta, 59,060 units of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta, 50,000 units of Suryajyoti Life Insurance, and 50,000 units of Citizens Investment Trust. The minimum prices set for these shares are NPR 105, NPR 540, NPR 269, NPR 159, and NPR 696 per share, respectively.
