बुक बिल्डिङमा सहभागी हुन नेप्सेको आह्वान, संस्थागत लगानीकर्तालाई दर्ता–नवीकरण अनिवार्य नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले बुक बिल्डिङ विधिमार्फत आईपीओ प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन चाहने योग्य संस्थागत लगानीकर्तालाई दर्ता तथा नवीकरण गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। नेप्सेले सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनाअनुसार धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति प्राप्त संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताले तोकिएको प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी अनिवार्य रूपमा दर्ता हुनुपर्नेछ भने यसअघि दर्ता भइसकेकाहरूले वार्षिक रूपमा नवीकरण गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था लागू गरिएको छ।NEPSE Calls for Institutional Investors to Register for Book Building IPO Participation The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has invited eligible institutional investors to register and renew their participation for involvement in IPOs issued through the book building method. According to the notice issued by NEPSE, institutional investors licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal must complete the registration process by paying the prescribed fee, while those already registered are required to renew annually.
