मौद्रिक सहजताले आर्थिक गतिविधि विस्तार, आर्थिक वृद्धि औसतभन्दा माथि रहने अनुमान काठमाडौं । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैङ्कले अवलम्बन गरेको मौद्रिक सहजताका कारण आर्थिक गतिविधि विस्तार हुँदै गएको र यसबाट चालु तथा आगामी अवधिमा आर्थिक वृद्धि औसतभन्दा बढी हुने देखिएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैङ्कको आर्थिक अनुसन्धान विभागले तयार गरेको आर्थिक गतिविधि अध्ययन (एकीकृत) वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन (आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२) अनुसार यस्तो निष्कर्ष निकालिएको हो। प्रतिवेदनमा विश्वव्यापी रूपमा इन्धन तथा खाद्य वस्तुको मूल्यमा आएको गिरावट, कर्जा तथा निक्षेपको ब्याजदर घट्दो क्रममा रहनु, जलविद्युत् उत्पादनमा उल्लेख्य वृद्धि, बाह्य पर्यटक आगमन बढ्नु तथा निर्यात र रेमिट्यान्स आप्रवाहमा सुधार आएको कारण आर्थिक वृद्धि औसतभन्दा माथि रहने उल्लेख गरिएको छ। चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ मा मुद्रास्फीतिको चाप न्यून रहने तथा समीक्षा अवधिमा आर्थिक क्रियाकलाप अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा थप सकारात्मक हुने अनुमान गरिएको छ।Economic Growth Expected to Exceed Average Due to Monetary Easing: NRB Report Kathmandu — Nepal’s economic growth is expected to remain above average as a result of monetary easing measures adopted by the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), according to the Integrated Annual Economic Activity Study Report (FY 2024/25 – 2081/82) prepared by the central bank’s Economic Research Department. The report states that the decline in global fuel and food prices, falling interest rates on loans and deposits, significant growth in hydropower production, increased tourist arrivals, and growth in exports and remittance inflows have collectively supported stronger economic expansion. It also notes that inflationary pressure is expected to remain low in the current fiscal year 2025/26 (FY 2082/83), while overall economic activities are projected to be more positive compared to the previous year.
