आरम्भ चौतारी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (ACLBSL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यो निर्णय मंसिर २५ गतेको बैठकमा गरिएको हो। वित्तीय विवरण नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकमा स्वीकृतिका लागि पठाइने छ। यो दोस्रो वर्ष हो जब लघुवित्तले लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has decided not to distribute any dividend for the previous fiscal year. The decision was made in the board meeting held on 25th Mangsir. The financial statement will now be sent to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. This is the second consecutive year the institution will not distribute any dividend.

According to the hotel management, the incident caused significant physical and financial damage, making it impossible to resume operations without full repair and restoration. As reconstruction is expected to take at least one year, the management held discussions with employee representatives and agreed to provide minimum basic wages during this period. महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंकको २४ औं साधारण सभा पुस २१ मा महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंकले आगामी पुस २१ गते २४ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार सभा काठमाडौंको भद्रकालीस्थित त्रिभुवन आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लबमा आयोजना हुनेछ। सभामा आर्थिक वर्षसीधा सम्वन्धित एजेन्डाहरू टेबुल गरिनेछन्। सभाले बैंकले अघि प्रस्ताव गरेको १०.३७ प्रतिशत लाभांश अनुमोदन गर्नेछ, जसमा ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर तथा ५.३७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) समावेश छ। यो लाभांश प्रस्ताव सञ्चालक समितिले यसअघि नै पारित गरिसकेको थियो। बोनस सेयर वितरणपछि चुक्तापुँजी बढ्ने भएकाले सोही अनुरूप बैंकको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा आवश्यक संशोधन गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेश हुनेछ। साथै, संशोधनका क्रममा नियामक निकायबाट सुझाव वा निर्देशन आएमा त्यहीअनुसार परिमार्जन गर्ने अधिकार सञ्चालक समितिलाई प्रदान गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि अनुमोदनका लागि टेबुल गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ।Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Calls 24th AGM for Poush 21 Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has announced that its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Poush 21. According to the decision of the bank’s Board of Directors, the meeting will take place at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. Several key agendas related to the ongoing fiscal year will be presented at the assembly. The AGM will endorse the previously approved 10.37 percent dividend, which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 5.37 percent cash dividend (including tax).
