बीमा प्राधिकरण र निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनीबीच दाबी भुक्तानी छिटो बनाउन छलफल, बीमकलाई तत्काल कदम चाल्न निर्देशन काठमाडौं । हालैको आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका भौतिक तथा अन्य क्षतिको बीमा दाबी र भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया छिटोछरितो बनाउनका लागि नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले आज निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनी, लघु निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनी र पुनर्बीमा कम्पनीका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतहरूसँग विशेष छलफल कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । कार्यक्रममा बीमा प्राधिकरणका कार्यकारी निर्देशक सुशील देव सुवेदीले आन्दोलनका कारण भएका क्षतिको बीमा दाबी भुक्तानीयोग्य रहेको र बीमा कम्पनीहरूको मुख्य दायित्व बीमितलाई दाबी रकम उपलब्ध गराउने भएको स्पष्ट पार्दै सबै बीमकहरूलाई दाबी भुक्तानी मार्गदर्शनअनुसार छिटो भुक्तानी गर्न निर्देशन दिएका छन् ।Insurance Board Holds Discussion with Non-Life and Reinsurance Companies to Expedite Claim Settlements Kathmandu — The Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) held a meeting today with the Chief Executive Officers of non-life insurance companies, micro non-life insurance companies, and reinsurance companies to discuss the current status of insurance claims and payments related to damages caused during the recent protests and unrest across the country. During the meeting, the Authority’s Executive Director Sushil Dev Subedi emphasized that the damages caused during the recent protests are eligible for insurance compensation, and it is the responsibility of the insurers to make prompt claim payments. He directed companies to follow the official claim settlement guidelines and ensure that payments are made as quickly as possible.
