      नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंकको सातौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा मंसिर २३ गते, ६.३१% नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक लिमिटेड (निफ्रा) ले आफ्नो सातौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) मंसिर २३ गते बोलाएको छ। सभा काठमाडौंको बत्तिसपुतलीस्थित अनुपम फुडल्याण्ड एण्ड बैंक्वेटमा बिहान ९ बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ। बोर्ड अफ डाइरेक्टर्सको भदौ १९ गते बसेको १७०औँ बैठकले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/८२ का लागि ६.३१५८ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको छ। २१.६० अर्ब रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीमा आधारित उक्त लाभांशअनुसार निफ्राले करसहित झन्डै १ अर्ब ३६ करोड ४२ लाख १२ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ।Nepal Infrastructure Bank Announces 7th AGM, Proposes 6.31% Cash Dividend Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has announced that its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Mangsir 23, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM. The bank’s 170th board meeting held on Bhadra 19 has proposed a 6.3158% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba, the proposed cash dividend—including tax—amounts to Rs. 1,36,42,12,800.

According to the company, the cable car will soon be reopened to the public after the successful completion of a technical test conducted on Sunday evening. Operators of the cable car stated that the arson during the protest had caused significant damage to the lower station’s structures and equipment. According to Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Chairman of Maulakalika Cable Car, the incident resulted in losses worth several crores of rupees. Located at an altitude of 561 meters above sea level, Maulakalika Temple is a popular religious and natural destination. During winter, visitors can enjoy beautiful views of sunrise above the fog, along with the scenic hills of Tanahun and Gorkha, as well as the Himalayan range, making the area a major attraction for tourists.

For this purpose, the central bank has called for applications from interested commercial banks, development banks, and finance companies, requesting them to submit the amount they wish to borrow along with the proposed interest rate. According to the notice published by NRB on Tuesday, applications must be submitted by 7 PM on Tuesday evening. The central bank will invest the fund for a period of one year. As per the distribution structure, Rs 2.82 billion will be invested in commercial banks, Rs 529.5 million in development banks, and Rs 176.5 million in finance companies. The investment is expected to support short-term liquidity management in the financial sector.

The agreement was signed by NIC Asia Bank’s CEO Sujit Kumar Shakya and NCHL’s CEO Nileshman Singh Pradhan. Recently, NCHL announced the completion of the NPS–NCS infrastructure and urged banks and financial institutions to integrate their card switch systems to enable issuing and acquiring services under Nepal’s own domestic card scheme—NepalPay Card.
