भुजुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले पुस ३ गतेदेखि आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले जारी पूँजीको २० प्रतिशत अर्थात २० लाख कित्ता सेयरमध्ये १० लाख कित्ता प्रभावित स्थानीयहरूका लागि र १ लाख कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याएको छ। न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। आईपीओ रेटिङमा इक्रा नेपालले कम्पनीलाई सिंगल बी प्लस रेटिङ दिएको छ, जसले उच्च जोखिम संकेत गर्दछ। ७.५ मेगावाटको माथिल्लो मिदिम जलविद्युत आयोजना सञ्चालनमा आइसकेको र कुल लागत करिब १ अर्ब ८० करोड रहेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको छ।Bhujung Hydropower Limited will open its IPO from December 18, 2025, targeting project-affected local residents and Nepali migrant workers. Out of the approved 2 million shares, 1 million are reserved for the affected locals and 100,000 shares for Nepalis working abroad. Applicants may apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 50,000 shares. ICRA Nepal has rated the company Single B+, indicating high credit risk. The 7.5 MW Upper Midim Hydropower Project is already in operation, with a total cost of around Rs. 1.80 billion. Kumari Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
