स्वावलम्बन लघुवित्तले १० प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा काठमाडौं — स्वावलम्बन लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले आफ्ना शेयरधनीलाई १० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। आव २०८१/८२ को खुद नाफाबाट सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गरेको निर्णय अनुसार संस्थाले ५.६३ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर तथा ४.३६ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। कम्पनीका सचिव चन्द्रमणि चौलागाईंका अनुसार हिजो साँझ बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गरी आवश्यक प्रक्रियाका लागि राष्ट्र बैंकमा पठाइएको छ।Swabalamban Microfinance Announces 10% Dividend for FY 2081/82 Kathmandu — Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has proposed a 10 percent dividend for its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was endorsed by the company’s board of directors during a meeting held on Wednesday evening. According to company secretary Chandramani Chaulagain, the board has proposed 5.63 percent bonus shares and 4.36 percent cash dividend (including tax) based on the current paid-up capital.
