राष्ट्र बैंकको यो नयाँ व्यवस्था ‘क’, ‘ख’, ‘ग’ र ‘घ’ अर्थात् वाणिज्य बैंकदेखि लघुवित्तसम्मका सबै वर्गका वित्तीय संस्थाहरूमा तत्काल लागू हुनेछ। केन्द्रीय बैंकको यस कदमले विपद्को यस कठिन घडीमा घरबार र धनमाल गुमाएका पीडित नागरिकलाई बिना झन्झट आफ्नो रकम झिक्न र आर्थिक कारोबार गर्न ठूलो राहत पुग्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।This relaxed framework applies across the board to Class 'A', 'B', 'C', and 'D' financial institutions—ranging from commercial banks to microfinances. This timely intervention by the central bank is expected to bring substantial relief to disaster survivors who have lost their homes and property, enabling them to withdraw funds and conduct necessary financial transactions without bureaucratic hurdles.
