यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश भई रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको हुँदा, संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई यस अघिनै ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा रित पुर्व निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएको हुनाले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारण महानुभावहरुलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतिस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा परेमा सोको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात् कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक स्थित प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
First Date of Publication: 2083/06/07
As the promoter shareholders of this financial institution have submitted applications to the financial institution to sell the promoter shares held in their names, and the said applications have been presented to the Board of Directors meeting and a decision has been made to proceed with the sale process after fulfilling the due procedures; and whereas, in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank which requires giving priority to existing promoter shareholders when selling promoter shares, a 35-day notice was previously published for the existing promoter shareholders but no applications were received in due order, this notice is hereby published for the general public interested in purchasing the promoter shares to submit a written application along with the necessary documents to the Administration Department located at the Central Office of this financial institution in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchowk within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a public holiday, then on the next day the office opens) during office hours.
