नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) ले बुक बिल्डिङ्ग निर्देशिका अन्तर्गत शेयर निष्काशनका लागि सम्झौता गरेका कम्पनीहरूको संख्या ७ पुगेको जनाएको छ। नेप्सेले पहिलेका ५ कम्पनीको सूची अद्यावधिक गर्दै यति ब्रुअरी लिमिटेड र नेपाल चिया विकास निगम लिमिटेड थप गरेको हो। यसअघि सूचीमा नर्भिक इन्टरनेशनल हस्पिटल, जगदम्बा स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स, टाइम फर्मास्युटिकल्स, लक्ष्मी स्टील्स र पूर्वाञ्चल ल्युव आयल रहेका थिए। यी कम्पनीहरूले योग्य संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताका लागि बुक बिल्डिङ्ग विधिमार्फत शेयर मूल्य निर्धारण गर्ने प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन गर्नेछन्।The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has stated that the number of companies under agreement for share issuance through the book-building guideline has reached seven. NEPSE updated its earlier list of five companies by adding Yeti Brewery Limited and Nepal Tea Development Corporation Limited. Previously, the list included Norvic International Hospital, Jagdamba Spinning Mills, Times Pharmaceuticals, Laxmi Steels, and Purwanchal Lub Oil. These companies will carry out the book-building process, where qualified institutional investors determine the share price through bidding.
