रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्सको आईपीओ पुस ७ देखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुल्दै रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स लिमिटेडले आगामी पुस ७ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) खुला गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपाली नागरिकहरूका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेपछि अब सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका लागि शेयर निष्काशन गर्न लागेको हो। कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा मंसिर २२ देखि २५ गतेसम्म नेपाल सरकारको सम्बन्धित निकायबाट श्रम स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरी वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि १ लाख १५ हजार ५९६ कित्ता आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त अनुमति अनुसार रिलायन्सले कुल ११ लाख ५५ हजार ९६० कित्ता आईपीओ जारी गर्नेछ। यसमध्ये कर्मचारीका लागि सुरक्षित ५७ हजार ७९८ कित्ता शेयर कट्टा गरी बाँकी ९ लाख २४ हजार ७६८ कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गर्न लागिएको हो।Reliance Spinning Mills IPO Opens for the Public from Poush 7 Reliance Spinning Mills Limited is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public from Poush 7. The company is moving ahead with the public issue after successfully completing the allocation of shares to Nepali citizens working abroad. In the first phase, the company issued 115,596 shares to Nepalis with valid labor approval working overseas from Mangsir 22 to 25. Following this, Reliance received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue a total of 1,155,960 shares to the public. Out of this, 57,798 shares have been reserved for company employees, and the remaining 924,768 shares will be offered to the general public.

The purpose of this investment is to strengthen the liquidity of commercial banks and ensure the overall stability of the economy. The central bank has called upon the banks to propose interest rates by 7:00 PM on Mangsir 29. Based on these proposed interest rates, the fixed deposit process will proceed accordingly.
