नेपालको घर जग्गा कारोबारमा हालको आर्थिक वर्षको पुस महिनामा उल्लेख्य वृद्धि भएको छ। भूमि व्यवस्था तथा अभिलेख विभागका अनुसार, पुस महिनामा घर जग्गा कारोबारबाट ४ अर्ब २५ करोड २२ लाख २१ हजार ७ सय ७९ रुपैयाँ राजश्व सङ्कलन भएको छ, जुन मङ्सिर महिनामा सङ्कलन भएको तीन अर्ब ८७ करोड ४८ लाख २६ हजार ९ सय ७६ रुपैयाँभन्दा अधिक हो।There has been a significant increase in real estate transactions in Nepal in the Poush month of the current fiscal year. According to the Department of Land Management and Records, a total of NPR 4.25 billion was collected as revenue in Poush, which is an increase compared to the NPR 3.87 billion collected in the month of Mangsir. In Poush, the revenue collection from registration fees, capital gains tax, and service charges amounted to NPR 2.68 billion, NPR 1.60 billion, and NPR 304.3 million, respectively.
