शेयर बजारका विज्ञ र विश्लेषकलाई लाइसेन्स दिने तयारी नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले धितोपत्र बजारमा विज्ञ र विश्लेषकलाई लाइसेन्स प्रदान गर्ने गरी निर्देशिका ल्याउने तयारी गरेको छ। पछिल्लो समय शेयर बजारमा विज्ञ र विश्लेषकको भूमिकाबारे व्यापक चर्चा भइरहेको बेला बोर्डले यस्तो कदम चालेको हो। बोर्डले विशेष समिति गठन गरेर विज्ञ र विश्लेषक चिन्ने तथा उनीहरूको गतिविधिलाई नियमन गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। सामाजिक सञ्जालमा हुने अबाञ्छित गतिविधिलाई निरुत्साहन गर्ने र लगानीकर्तालाई ठगीबाट जोगाउने उद्देश्यले यो निर्देशिका ल्याउन लागिएको हो। भारतलगायतका देशमा विज्ञ र विश्लेषकलाई लाइसेन्स प्रदान गर्ने प्रणाली भएको र तिनीहरूको रोस्टर समेत तयार गरिने प्रचलन छ। नेपालमा पनि यस्तै प्रणाली लागू गर्नुपर्ने आवाज उठ्दै आएको छ।The Nepal Securities Board is preparing to introduce guidelines for licensing experts and analysts in the securities market. The board plans to form a special committee to identify these experts and analysts and regulate their activities. The directive aims to discourage undesirable activities on social media and protect investors from potential exploitation. Countries like India already have systems in place where experts and analysts are licensed, and their activities are monitored through official rosters. A similar system has been increasingly demanded in Nepal as well.
