This marks a 15.16% increase compared to the same period last fiscal year, when the company earned NPR 739.2 million. The company’s operating income has also shown a steady rise, increasing from NPR 5.35 billion to NPR 5.71 billion during the review period. According to the company, improved cost efficiency—particularly a reduction in production costs—played a key role in boosting overall profitability, reflecting better operational performance.

काठमाडौँमा अर्थ मन्त्रालय र Asian Development Bank बीच ‘डिजिटल नेपाल ट्रान्सफर्मेसन’ परियोजनाका लागि सहुलियतपूर्ण ऋण सम्झौता भएको छ। World Bank सहितको सहवित्तीयकरणमा सञ्चालन हुने यस परियोजनाले डिजिटल पूर्वाधार सुदृढीकरण, सरकारी सेवाको डिजिटलाइजेसन र दुर्गम क्षेत्रमा पहुँच विस्तार गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। साथै, साइबर सुरक्षा, राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र विस्तार, ई–वेस्ट व्यवस्थापन र सामाजिक–पर्यावरणीय मापदण्ड पालना सुनिश्चित गरिनेछ।The Ministry of Finance and the Asian Development Bank have signed a concessional loan agreement for the “Digital Nepal Transformation” project in Kathmandu. Co-financed with the World Bank, the project aims to strengthen digital infrastructure, digitize government services, and expand access in remote areas. It will also focus on cybersecurity, national ID expansion, e-waste management, and environmental and social compliance.

साताको पहिलो कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक ७.७३ अंकले बढेर २७९६.४३ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। सेन्सेटिभ, फ्लोट र सेन्सेटिभ फ्लोट इण्डेक्स पनि सामान्य रूपमा बढेका छन्। तर कारोबार रकम भने घटेर ४ अर्ब ७४ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएको छ। यस दिन ४ स्टक सर्किट लेभलमा कारोबार भएका छन् भने झापा इनर्जी र ग्रीन डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको शेयर मूल्य उल्लेख्य रूपमा बढेको छ। रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स सर्वाधिक कारोबार भएको कम्पनी बनेको छ। उपसमूहमध्ये उत्पादन तथा प्रशोधन र विकास बैंक बढेका छन् भने व्यापार उपसमूह घटेको छ।On the first trading day of the week, the NEPSE index increased by 7.73 points to close at 2,796.43. The Sensitive, Float, and Sensitive Float indices also recorded slight gains. However, total turnover dropped to Rs. 4.74 billion. Four stocks hit the positive circuit level, while Jhapa Energy and Green Development Bank saw strong price gains. Reliance Spinning Mills topped the market in terms of trading volume. Among sub-indices, Manufacturing & Processing and Development Bank groups rose, while the Trading group declined.

नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) को सहायक कम्पनी सीडीएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेड (सीडीएससी) ले कञ्चन सापकोटालाई कायम मुकायम (कामु) प्रमुखको जिम्मेवारी दिएको छ। प्रवीण पन्दाकलाई चार वर्षका लागि गरिएको नियुक्ति नीतिगत विचलन भएको भन्दै हटाइएपछि सो निर्णय कार्यान्वयन गरिएको हो। सापकोटा हालसम्म प्रशासन तथा मानव संसाधन प्रमुखका रूपमा कार्यरत थिइन्। अब संस्थामा स्थायी सिइओ नियुक्तिको प्रक्रिया अघि बढ्ने भएको छ।The CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), a subsidiary of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), has appointed Kanchan Sapkota as Acting Chief Executive Officer. The decision follows the removal of Prabin Pandak, whose four-year appointment was deemed a policy deviation and subsequently revoked. Sapkota previously served as Head of Administration and Human Resources. The move has opened the way for the appointment of a permanent CEO in the near future.

सुन र चाँदीको मूल्यमा निरन्तर वृद्धि, सोमबार पनि दुवै धातुको भाउ बढ्योGold and Silver Prices Continue Upward Trend as Both Metals Rise on Monday

बैशाख १४ गते सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य बढेको छ। सुन प्रतितोला १ हजार ३०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख ५०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी ५० रुपैयाँले बढेर ५ हजार ४५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। पछिल्लो समय दुवै धातुको मूल्य निरन्तर बढ्दो क्रममा रहेको छ।On Monday (Baisakh 14), prices of both gold and silver increased in the Nepali market. Gold rose by NPR 1,300 per tola to NPR 300,500, while silver increased by NPR 50 per tola to NPR 5,045. Both precious metals have been showing a continuous upward trend recently.
