बीमा प्राधिकरणले मेलमिलाप कार्यविधि २०८१ लागू गर्यो बीमा प्राधिकरणले मेलमिलाप तथा मध्यस्थतासम्बन्धी कार्यविधि, २०८१ लागू गरेको छ। यस कार्यविधिको मुख्य उद्देश्य प्राधिकरणबाट मेलमिलाप तथा मध्यस्थताको प्रक्रियाको माध्यमद्वारा विवादको निरुपण गर्ने हो। कार्यविधिमा समितिको संरचना र काम कर्तव्य अधिकारहरू समेत समावेश गरिएको छ।Insurance Authority Implements Mediation Procedure 2081 The Insurance Authority has implemented the Mediation and Arbitration Procedure 2081.
