सानिगाड हाइड्रो लिमिटेड ले जेठ १४ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि ४६ लाख ७४ हजार कित्ता आईपीओ निष्काशन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि स्थानीय बासिन्दा, वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपाली, कर्मचारी तथा सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्याइएको शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरको आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। कम्पनीको ३८.४६ मेगावाटको माथिल्लो कालंगागाड जलविद्युत आयोजना सञ्चालनमा रहेको छ भने आईपीओ बिक्री प्रबन्धक लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।Sanigad Hydro Limited is set to launch its IPO for the general public from May 28 (Jestha 14), offering 4.674 million shares at Rs. 100 per share. The company has already completed share allotment for locals, Nepalis working abroad, employees, and mutual funds. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. The company operates the 38.46 MW Upper Kalangagad Hydropower Project, while Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.
