आज नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत ६ कम्पनीको वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजिएम) सम्पन्न हुँदैAGMs of Six NEPSE-Listed Companies Taking Place Today

काठमाडौं । नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत छ वटा कम्पनीले वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) आह्वान गरेका छन्। यी सभामार्फत कम्पनीहरूले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का वित्तीय विवरण पारित गर्नुका साथै नगद तथा बोनस लाभांश वितरण, सञ्चालक नियुक्ति, लेखापरीक्षक चयन, आईपीओ निष्कासन र संगठनात्मक संरचना संशोधनसम्बन्धी महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावहरू अनुमोदन गर्ने तयारी गरेका छन्। साधारणसभा बोलाउने कम्पनीहरूमा झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेड, सिड इनर्जी लिमिटेड, नेपाल एसबीआई बैंक लिमिटेड, निभिक्स फर्मास्युटिकल्स लिमिटेड, सिटिजन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड र रुबी भ्याली हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड रहेका छन्।Kathmandu – Six companies listed on NEPSE have announced their Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Through these meetings, the companies are set to approve their financial statements for fiscal year 2024/25 (FY 2081/82) and endorse key proposals related to cash and bonus dividend distribution, appointment of auditors and directors, IPO issuance, and amendments to corporate structures. The companies calling AGMs include Jhapa Energy Limited, Seed Energy Limited, Nepal SBI Bank Limited, Nivix Pharmaceuticals Limited, Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited, and Ruby Valley Hydropower Limited.

जेन–जी आन्दोलनको क्षतिमा बीमा कम्पनीद्वारा ५ अर्ब ४८ करोड रुपैयाँ दाबी भुक्तानीInsurance Companies Pay NPR 5.48 Billion in Claims for Gen-Z Movement Damages

जेन–जी आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका क्षतिका कारण बीमा कम्पनीहरूले हालसम्म बीमितहरूलाई करिब रु. ५ अर्ब ४८ करोड दाबी रकम भुक्तानी गरेका छन्। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणका अनुसार कुल ३,३१६ ओटा निर्जीवन बीमा दाबी परेका थिए, जसको दाबी रकम करिब रु. २३ अर्ब ४७ करोड रहेको छ। भुक्तानीमध्ये सम्पत्ति, मोटर, इञ्जिनीयरिङ, परिवहन तथा अन्य बीमातर्फ अग्रिमसहित रकम वितरण गरिएको छ। साथै, नेपाल पुनर्बीमा कम्पनीले पनि निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनीहरूलाई करिब रु. ३ अर्ब २ करोड पुनर्बीमा दाबी भुक्तानी गरिसकेको छ।Insurance companies have so far paid around NPR 5.48 billion in claims to policyholders for damages caused during the Gen-Z movement. According to the Nepal Insurance Authority, a total of 3,316 non-life insurance claims worth approximately NPR 23.47 billion were filed. Payments have been made across property, motor, engineering, marine, and other insurance categories, including advance settlements. Additionally, Nepal Reinsurance Company has disbursed about NPR 3.02 billion to non-life insurers toward reinsurance claims.

पुस १८ गते नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्यमा उल्लेख्य वृद्धि भएको छ। सुन प्रतितोला २ हजार ९०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ६२ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी प्रतितोला ११० रुपैयाँले बढेर ४ हजार ५२५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारको प्रभावले मूल्य बढेको हो।Gold and silver prices rose sharply in the Nepali market on January 2, 2026. Gold increased by NPR 2,900 per tola to NPR 262,500, while silver climbed by NPR 110 per tola to NPR 4,525. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the increase is mainly influenced by global market trends.

सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले सार्वजनिक निष्कासनमा ल्याएको सिटिजन्स सन्तुलित योजना को इकाई खरिदका लागि आज (पुस १८ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। १० वर्षे अवधिको यस योजनामा प्रतिइकाई १० रुपैयाँका दरले कुल १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरका १० करोड इकाई निष्कासन गरिएको हो, जसमा १५ प्रतिशत इकाई कोष प्रबर्द्धक सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनलका लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको छ। बाँकी इकाईमा सर्वसाधारणले सी–आस्बा तथा मेरो सेयरमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।Today (January 2, 2026) is the final day to apply for units of the Citizens Balanced Scheme, issued by Citizens Capital Limited. The 10-year closed-ended mutual fund has offered 100 million units at a par value of NPR 10 each, totaling NPR 1 billion. Out of the total issue, 15% has been reserved for the promoter, Citizens Bank International Limited, while the remaining units are available to the general public through C-ASBA participating institutions and the Mero Share platform.

नेप्सेमा ९ कम्पनीको शेयरमूल्य समायोजनNEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of 9 Companies

पुस १८ गते, शुक्रबार, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) ले ९ कम्पनीको शेयरमूल्य समायोजन गरेको छ। साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरणका लागि बुकक्लोज गरेका यी कम्पनीहरूको नयाँ समायोजित मूल्य निर्धारण गरिएको हो। अब आगामी आइतबारदेखि समायोजित मूल्यकै आधारमा दोस्रो बजारमा शेयर कारोबार सुरु हुनेछ।On Friday, January 2, 2026, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) adjusted the share prices of nine companies following their book closure for AGM and dividend purposes. Trading of these shares in the secondary market will resume from Sunday based on the newly adjusted prices.

रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स लिमिटेडको आईपीओ पुस १८ गते बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता ८२०.८० रुपैयाँका दरले ९ लाख २४ हजार ७६८ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गरेको थियो। मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेपछि गोलाप्रथा प्रक्रियामार्फत बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो। यस अनुसार १८ हजार ४९५ जना लगानीकर्ताले ५० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन् भने १८ जना लगानीकर्ताले ५१ कित्ता शेयर पाएका छन्।The IPO of Reliance Spinning Mills Limited was allotted on January 2, 2026. The company issued 924,768 shares at a price of NPR 820.80 per share. Due to heavy oversubscription, the allotment was conducted through a lottery system. As a result, 18,495 applicants received 50 shares each, while 18 applicants were allotted 51 shares each.

साताको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन बिहीबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक १२.८३ अंक घटेर २६२०.९२ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। नेप्सेसँगै कारोबार रकम पनि घट्दै ४ अर्ब ७१ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भयो। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये १२ उपसमूह घट्दा समग्र बजार कमजोर देखियो। यद्यपि, विन नेपाल लघुवित्त सकारात्मक सर्किटमा रहँदा एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल र हिम स्टार ऊर्जामा लगानीकर्ताको आकर्षण देखियो।On the final trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 12.83 points to close at 2,620.92. Market turnover also declined to NPR 4.71 billion, reflecting cautious investor sentiment. Out of 13 sectoral indices, 12 ended lower, indicating overall market weakness. However, Vin Nepal Laghubitta hit the positive circuit, while SY Panel Nepal and Him Star Urja attracted notable buying interest.
