बुधबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक १३.३५ अंक घटेर २६३५.९४ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। सूचकसँगै कारोबार रकम पनि घटेर ५ अर्ब १७ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएको छ। बजारमा अधिकांश उपसमूह दबाबमा रहँदा वित्त र व्यापार उपसमूह मात्र सामान्य बढेका छन्। शेयरमूल्य वृद्धितर्फ नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक अग्रस्थानमा रह्यो भने गिरावटतर्फ एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल सर्वाधिक घट्यो। ________________________________________ On Wednesday, the benchmark index of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) declined by 13.35 points to close at 2,635.94. Market turnover also weakened, falling to NPR 5.17 billion. Most sectoral indices ended lower, with only the Finance and Trading sub-indices posting marginal gains. Narayani Development Bank led the gainers, while SY Panel Nepal recorded the steepest loss.

नेप्से परिसूचक मंगलबार पनि बढेर बन्द भएको छ। यस दिन नेप्से ९.९३ अंकले बढेर २६४९.३० विन्दुमा पुगेको हो। सूचकसँगै कारोबार रकम पनि बढ्दै ७ अर्ब १२ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। कुल ३३४ कम्पनीका १ करोड ४८ लाखभन्दा बढी कित्ता शेयर कारोबार भएका छन्। जीवन विकास लघुवित्तको शेयरमूल्य सर्वाधिक बढ्दा वित्त उपसमूह सबैभन्दा धेरै उकासिएको छ।The NEPSE index closed higher for the second consecutive day on Tuesday, gaining 9.93 points to reach 2,649.30. Market turnover also increased, crossing NPR 7.12 billion, with shares of 334 companies traded. Jivan Bikas Laghubitta led the gainers, while the Finance sub-index recorded the strongest performance among sectors.

पुस २२ गते मंगलबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य निरन्तर बढेको छ। आज सुन प्रतितोला ३,१०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ६८ हजार १०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी १९५ रुपैयाँले बढेर ४ हजार ८८० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको छ। पछिल्ला दुई दिनदेखि बहुमूल्य धातुको मूल्य लगातार उकालो लागिरहेको छ, नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघ ले जनाएको छ।Gold and silver prices continued to rise in the Nepali market on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज) ले लाभांश प्रयोजनका लागि बुक क्लोज गरेका तीन कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरेको छ। एनएलजी इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी को ४ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयरका लागि मूल्य ६९८ रुपैयाँबाट घटेर ६७१.१५ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। त्यस्तै, नेशनल लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था को १४.२५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयरका लागि मूल्य १,३०५ रुपैयाँबाट १,१४२.२३ रुपैयाँमा समायोजन गरिएको छ। विन्ध्यवासिनी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी को ५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयरका लागि मूल्य ४७७.९० रुपैयाँबाट ४५५.१४ रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ। अब यी कम्पनीहरूको कारोबार समायोजित मूल्यबाट सुरु हुनेछ। ________________________________________ The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepal Stock Exchange) adjusted the share prices of three listed companies on Monday following their book closure for dividend distribution. The companies include NLG Insurance Company, National Microfinance Financial Institution, and Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company. NLG Insurance’s price was adjusted for a 4 percent bonus share, reducing the last traded price of NPR 698 to a new adjusted price of NPR 671.15 per share. Similarly, National Microfinance, which is set to distribute a 14.25 percent bonus share, saw its price adjusted from NPR 1,305 to NPR 1,142.23. Bindhyabasini Hydropower’s price was adjusted for a 5 percent bonus share, bringing the last traded price of NPR 477.90 down to NPR 455.14. Trading in the secondary market for all three companies will resume from these adjusted prices. Only investors holding shares until the last trading day before book closure will be eligible for the proposed bonus shares. While the adjustment increases the number of shares and lowers the price, it does not immediately change the total investment value; however, subsequent market fluctuations will determine gains or losses.

सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि आजदेखि आईपीओ निष्काशन खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले ३१ लाख कित्ता शेयरमध्ये १५ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता स्थानीयका लागि र १ लाख ५५ हजार कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याएको छ। आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। कम्पनीले २६ मेगावाटको माथिल्लो खुदी जलविद्युत आयोजना सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ र आईपीओको बिक्री प्रबन्धक ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has opened its IPO from today for project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad. The company is issuing 3.1 million shares, of which 1.55 million shares are allocated to locals and 155,000 shares to overseas Nepalis. Applications can be submitted for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. The company operates the 26 MW Upper Khudi Hydropower Project, and the issue manager is Global IME Capital Limited.

दुई दिनको गिरावटपछि सोमबार सेयर बजारमा सुधार देखिएको छ। नेप्से परिसूचक २८.७३ अंकले बढेर २६३९.३७ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ भने कारोबार रकम पनि बढेर ६ अर्ब ४७ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। सबै १३ उपसमूहका परिसूचक बढेका छन् र ६ कम्पनीको सेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार भएको छ।After two days of decline, the stock market rebounded on Monday. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index gained 28.73 points to close at 2,639.37, while total turnover increased to over NPR 6.47 billion. All 13 sectoral indices closed higher, and shares of six companies hit the positive circuit.
