जेनजी आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका क्षतिको बीमा दाबी भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया सुरु भएको छ। बीमा प्राधिकरणका अनुसार निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनीहरूले हालसम्म अग्रिमसहित २ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी भुक्तानी गरिसकेका छन्। कुल ३ हजार १६६ दाबीमध्ये करिब २३ अर्ब २० करोडको दाबी परेका छन्, जसमा २ अर्ब २ करोड भुक्तानी भइसकेको छ। २ हजार ७९१ दाबीका लागि सर्भेयर खटाइएका छन् र ६५४ प्रतिवेदन पेश भइसकेका छन्। नेपाल पुनर्बीमा कम्पनीमा १५ अर्ब ७६ करोड बराबरका २ हजार ७३३ पुनर्बीमा दाबी दर्ता भएका छन् र १ अर्ब ६३ करोड अग्रिम भुक्तानी दिइसकेको छ।The process of insurance claim payments for damages caused during the Gen-Z Movement has started. According to the Insurance Board, non-life insurance companies have already paid over NPR 2 billion, including advance payments. Out of 3,166 total claims worth NPR 23.20 billion, around NPR 2.02 billion has been settled so far. Surveyors have been deployed for 2,791 claims, and 654 reports have been submitted. Likewise, Nepal Reinsurance Company has received 2,733 reinsurance claims worth NPR 15.76 billion and has already provided advance payments of NPR 1.63 billion to insurers.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 18.40 points to close at 2,487 points, marking its lowest level since mid-October last year. The persistent weakness reflects investors’ growing caution amid uncertainty about market stability and policy direction. The NEPSE index has been falling steadily over the past several weeks. With buying pressure weakening and investors preferring to stay on the sidelines, the overall market mood has turned defensive. Out of 251 traded companies, the prices of 45 advanced, 197 declined, and 9 remained unchanged. The overwhelming number of declining stocks dragged the overall index into the red once again, extending the market’s losing streak and eroding investor confidence further.

१७ निर्माण कम्पनीहरू कालोसूचीमा, सार्वजनिक निर्माणमा सहभागिता प्रतिबन्ध नेपाल सरकारको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले देशभरका १७ वटा निर्माण कम्पनीहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखेको छ। कार्यालयले बिहीबार सूचना जारी गर्दै ती कम्पनीहरूलाई एकदेखि दुई वर्षसम्मका लागि कालोसूचीमा राखिएको जानकारी दिएको हो। कार्यालयका अनुसार ती कम्पनीहरूले सम्झौता उल्लङ्घन, निर्माण कार्य समयमा सम्पन्न नगरेको, वा कार्य सम्पूर्ण रूपमा सम्पन्न नगरेको कारण कारबाही गरिएको हो। सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ६३(१) बमोजिम ती कम्पनीहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको जनाइएको छ।17 Construction Companies Blacklisted by the Government The Government of Nepal has blacklisted 17 construction companies for failing to comply with contract agreements and delays in project completion. कामना सेवा विकास बैंकले ५.७८९५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण सुरु गर्‍यो कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि पारित ५.७८९५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश शेयरधनीहरूको बैंक खातामा जम्मा गर्न सुरु गरेको छ। बैंकको १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेको निर्णय अनुसार बैंकले १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ५.७८९५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको थियो। यसअनुसार, मिति २०८२ असोज ७ गतेसम्म आफ्नो बैंक खाता विवरण हितग्राही खातामा अद्यावधिक गरेका शेयरधनीहरूका खातामा असोज २६ गतेदेखि आईपिएस (IPS) प्रणालीमार्फत नगद लाभांश जम्मा भइरहेको बैंकले जनाएको छ।Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Distributes 5.7895% Cash Dividend to Shareholders Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has started distributing 5.7895% cash dividend to the bank accounts of its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82. According to the decision made during the bank’s 19th Annual General Meeting, the bank had approved a 10% bonus share and a 5.7895% cash dividend (including tax adjustment). The cash dividend has been credited to shareholders’ bank accounts through the Interbank Payment System (IPS) starting from Ashoj 26, 2082, for those shareholders who had updated their bank account details in their Demat accounts by Ashoj 7, 2082. The bank has requested shareholders who have not yet updated their bank account numbers or Individual Account Numbers (IAN) in their Demat accounts to do so at the earliest. The linked account must be under the shareholder’s own name and maintained with a bank or financial institution registered under Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) and having IIPS membership.

As per the new rate, the retail price of petrol has been fixed at Rs. 159 per liter in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Dipayal, Rs. 158 in Surkhet and Dang, and Rs. 156.50 in other parts of the country.

Speaking at a press conference in Kathmandu on Wednesday, IPPAN President Ganesh Karki stated that 43 hydropower companies with a combined capacity of 975 MW have not been able to issue their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), while 7 companies have been unable to issue their rights shares. According to him, the delay in the timely issuance of securities has prevented the release of Rs. 23.27 billion worth of shares, leading to significant financial loss in the hydropower sector.
