ग्रीन भेन्चर्स कम्पनीले कालीगण्डकी गर्ज हाईड्रोपावर कम्पनीको ५१ प्रतिशत संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरेको छ। म्याग्दी र मुस्ताङमा निर्माणाधीन १८० मेगावाट क्षमताको यस आयोजनाको अनुमानित लागत करिब ३९ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ, जसमा ऋण–स्वपूँजी अनुपात ७५ः२५ रहेको छ। वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको नेतृत्वमा गरिएको छ।Green Ventures Limited has acquired a 51% founder share in Kaligandaki Gorge Hydropower Company. The 180 MW semi-reservoir project under construction in Myagdi and Mustang has an estimated cost of NPR 39.50 billion, with a 75:25 debt-to-equity ratio. The financing is led by Laxmi Sunrise Bank along with other banks.
