तेह्रथुम पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको १००% हकप्रद सेयर पाउन आज (जेठ ४) अन्तिम कारोबार दिन हो। कम्पनीले हालका सेयरधनीहरूलाई १:१ अनुपातमा ४० लाख कित्ता सेयर, कुल रू. ४० करोड बराबरको हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्दैछ। यसपछि चुक्तापूँजी रू. ८० करोड हुनेछ। नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ निष्कासन प्रबन्धक हो। जेठ ५ को बुक क्लोज मितिभन्दा अघि नाम कायम भएका सेयरधनीहरूले मात्र आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।Today (Jestha 4) is the last trading day to be eligible for the 100% right shares of Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC). The company is issuing 4 million right shares worth Rs. 40 crores in a 1:1 ratio to existing shareholders. After issuance, the paid-up capital will double to Rs. 80 crores. Nabil Investment Banking is the issue manager. Only shareholders recorded before the book closure date of Jestha 5 can apply for the right shares.
