According to the company, a board meeting held on 10 June 2083 at its registered office decided that the tenure of Managing Director Roman Dangal and Director Renuka Pande has officially ended.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units. The application deadline is May 27, with a possible extension until June 5 if the issue remains unsubscribed. Muktinath Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
