नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्कासन नियमावली, २०७३ संशोधन गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। संशोधनका प्रस्तावहरू छलफलका लागि सञ्चालक समितिमा पेस गरिने तयारी भइरहेको छ। प्रस्तावित संशोधनमा क्षेत्रगत रूपमा फरक–फरक निष्कासन मापदण्ड लागू गर्ने, जलविद्युत कम्पनीका लागि उत्पादन सुरु भएपछि मात्र निष्कासन अनुमति दिने, न्यून नेटवर्थ भएका कम्पनीसम्बन्धी व्यवस्था स्पष्ट गर्ने तथा संस्थापक शेयरको लक–इन अवधि चरणबद्ध रूपमा खुला गर्ने व्यवस्था समावेश छन्। साथै बुक बिल्डिङ र प्रिमियम मूल्यमा हुने शेयर निष्कासनसम्बन्धी नियमहरू परिमार्जन गरिनेछ। यद्यपि, अघिल्ला उदाहरणका आधारमा नियमावली स्वीकृत भई कार्यान्वयनमा आउन अझै लामो समय लाग्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।The Securities Board of Nepal has initiated the process to amend the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulation, 2073, with proposed changes set to be discussed at the board level. The amendment includes introducing sector-specific issuance criteria, tightening rules for hydropower companies by allowing issuance only after production begins, clarifying provisions related to low net-worth companies, and revising promoter share lock-in rules through phased unlocking. Changes are also planned for book building and premium-based share issuances. However, based on past practices, the approval and implementation of the amended regulation is expected to take a considerable amount of time.
