युनाइटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्सले आफ्ना सेयरधनीलाई लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिले असार ४ गते बसेको बैठकमा गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट सेयरधनीलाई ४.२८५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.२२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो।
तथापि यो लाभांश तत्काल वितरण हुने भने होइन। नेपाल बिमा प्राधिकरण र कम्पनीको साधारण सभाले उक्त प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत गरेपछि मात्रै सेयरधनीले लाभांश पाउनेछन्।
United Ajod Insurance has decided to reward its shareholders with a dividend from last fiscal year's profits. A board of directors meeting held on Ashar 4 resolved to distribute 4.285 percent bonus shares along with 0.22 percent cash to cover tax obligations on behalf of shareholders.
The dividend will not be distributed immediately, however. It will only reach shareholders after receiving formal approval from both the Nepal Insurance Authority and the company's general assembly.
