शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्टको आईपीओ आज बन्द हुँदै, हालसम्म १५ गुणा बढी आवेदन काठमाडौं । शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ)मा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले फागुन १७ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो भने आज फागुन २६ गते आवेदन बन्द हुन लागेको हो। कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि १८ लाख ४२ हजार ६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गरेको हो। कम्पनीको कुल जारी पूँजी ९८ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। यसमध्ये ३२ लाख कित्ता (३२.६५ प्रतिशत) शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई निष्काशन गर्ने योजना रहेको छ। कुल सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमध्ये ९ लाख ८० हजार कित्ता शेयर आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा विद्युत् प्रसारण लाइन प्रभावित बागलुङ जिल्लाका स्थानीयलाई छुट्याइएको छ भने बाँकी २२ लाख २० हजार कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याइएको हो।Shikhar Power Development IPO Closing Today; Issue Oversubscribed 15 Times Kathmandu — The initial public offering (IPO) of Shikhar Power Development Limited is closing today, Falgun 26, 2082, for the general public. The company had opened the IPO issue on Falgun 17, 2082, offering shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. The company has issued 18,42,600 units of ordinary shares to the general public under this offering. Shikhar Power Development Limited has a total issued capital of Rs. 98 crore, out of which 32.65 percent (32,00,000 shares) is planned to be distributed to the public. From the total public allocation, 9,80,000 shares (10 percent of issued capital) worth Rs. 9.80 crore have been reserved for project-affected locals and transmission line–affected residents of Baglung District based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The remaining 22,20,000 shares (22.65 percent) are designated for the general public.
