However, daily turnover slightly dropped to NPR 18.52 billion from NPR 19.36 billion the previous day. Four stocks hit the positive circuit, including Muktinath Krishi and Trade Tower. Himalayan Distillery led in trading volume with over NPR 640 million. Out of 13 sub-indices, 11 advanced, with the "Others" category gaining the most at 2.58%.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for 1 US Dollar is NPR 138.37, and the selling rate is NPR 138.97. Similarly, the Euro is being bought at NPR 161.21 and sold at NPR 161.91. The Australian Dollar's buying rate is NPR 90.31, and selling rate is NPR 91.70, while the Canadian Dollar is being bought at NPR 100.78 and sold at NPR 101.22. For the British Pound Sterling, the buying rate is NPR 185.62, and selling rate is NPR 186.43. Likewise, the Swiss Franc's buying rate is NPR 172.70, and the selling rate is NPR 173.45.

Technically, the market appears stable. After eight consecutive bullish sessions, NEPSE underwent a correction on the ninth day. However, on the tenth day (Monday, Shrawan 13), the market showed signs of recovery. On Sunday (Shrawan 12), the NEPSE index had climbed to 3013 points during intraday trading but closed at 2964.20 points after falling by 18.44 points. On Monday, the index dropped up to 46 points intraday but ended with a gain of 7.10 points, closing at 2971.31 points. Many investors are interpreting this fluctuation as a normal price adjustment.

ग्रीन डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको नाफा र वितरणयोग्य मुनाफा दुवैमा उल्लेख्य वृद्धि ग्रीन डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेड (GRDBL) ले प्रकाशित गरेको आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८० को चौथो त्रैमाससम्मको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरणअनुसार बैंकको खुद नाफा र वितरणयोग्य मुनाफा दुवै अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा उल्लेख्य रूपमा वृद्धि भएको छ। बैंकले समीक्षा अवधिमा ६ करोड ९४ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको ३ करोड ८६ लाखको तुलनामा ७९.५३ प्रतिशतले बढी हो। यो वृद्धि मुख्यतः खुद ब्याज आम्दानीमा १७.७३ प्रतिशत र फि तथा कमिशन आम्दानीमा १३.०१ प्रतिशतको वृद्धिका साथै इम्पेरमेन्ट चार्ज घटेर २ करोड ८९ लाखबाट ६८ लाख रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएपछि सम्भव भएको हो।(GRDBL) Green Development Bank Reports Significant Growth in Net Profit and Distributable Profit Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) has published its unaudited fourth-quarter financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80. Due to an insufficient number of applications from the project-affected group, the deadline has now been extended until Shrawan 26 (August 10, 2025). According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold was traded at NPR 194,700 per tola, marking a drop of NPR 500 from the previous day's rate of NPR 195,200. This marks the second consecutive day of decline in gold prices. Meanwhile, silver rose by NPR 5 per tola, reaching NPR 2,340 compared to NPR 2,335 on Thursday.
