अर्थमन्त्री विष्णु पौडेलद्वारा राष्ट्रपतिलाई बजेटबारे ब्रिफिङ उपप्रधान तथा अर्थमन्त्री विष्णु पौडेलले राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेललाई आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को बजेटबारे ब्रिफिङ गरेका छन्। मंगलबार बिहान राष्ट्रपति भवन शीतल निवासमा पुगेर मन्त्री पौडेलले राष्ट्रपति पौडेललाई बजेटको प्रारम्भिक खाका, नीति र कार्यक्रमका बारेमा जानकारी गराएका हुन्। संवैधानिक व्यवस्था अनुसार सरकारले आगामी बिहीबार, जेठ १५ गते संसदमा बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्ने तयारी गरिरहेको छ। राष्ट्रपतिको स्वकीय सचिवालयका अनुसार भेटवार्तामा बजेटको प्राथमिकता, समग्र आर्थिक लक्ष्य र सरकारको आगामी रणनीतिक योजनाको सन्दर्भमा छलफल भएको थियो।Finance Minister Paudel Briefs President on Upcoming Budget Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel briefed President Ram Chandra Paudel on the upcoming national budget for the fiscal year 2082/83 (2025/26). हिम स्टार ऊर्जा कम्पनीलाई आईपीओ निष्कासनको अनुमति, ११ लाख ९० हजार कित्ता सेयर बजारमा ल्याउने नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले हिम स्टार ऊर्जा कम्पनी लिमिटेडलाई प्राथमिक सेयर (IPO) निष्कासनको अनुमति दिएको छ। स्वतन्त्र ऊर्जा उत्पादक संघ नेपाल र धितोपत्र बोर्डबीच देखिएको स्वीकृति विवादपछि स्वीकृति पाउने पहिलो कम्पनीको रूपमा हिम स्टार अगाडि आएको हो। बोर्डले कम्पनीलाई ३७ करोड ३० लाख रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको ३० प्रतिशत बराबर हुने ११ करोड ९० लाख रुपैयाँको सेयर सार्वजनिक गर्न स्वीकृति दिएको हो। यसअनुसार, कम्पनीले ११ लाख ९० हजार कित्ता साधारण सेयर आम जनताका लागि निष्काशन गर्नेछ। एनआईसी एशिया क्यापिटल कम्पनीको सेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको छ। कम्पनीले निकट भविष्यमा शेयर निष्काशनको मिति र आवेदन प्रक्रिया सार्वजनिक गर्नेछ।Him Star Urja Receives SEBON Approval to Issue IPO, 1.19 Million Shares to Be Offered The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to Him Star Urja Company Limited to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO). NEPSE has assigned the stock symbol "PURE" to the company, which falls under the Hydropower category. The company’s shares will begin trading from Tuesday (Jestha 14). For the first transaction, the price range has been set between NPR 96.45 and NPR 289.35.
