नेप्सेमा लक्ष्मी सनराइज र कालिञ्चोक दर्शनको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन काठमाडौं । नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा दुई कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन भएको छ । नेप्सेले लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक लिमिटेड र कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरेको हो । साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ दुवै कम्पनीले बुक क्लोज गरेसँगै नेप्सेले बोनस सेयर समायोजन गर्दै नयाँ सेयर मूल्य निर्धारण गरेको हो । नेप्सेले लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको १० प्रतिशत र कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडको ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर समायोजन गरेको जनाएको छ । समायोजनपश्चात लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको सेयर मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता २१३ रुपैयाँ ६४ पैसा कायम भएको छ भने कालिञ्चोक दर्शनको सेयर मूल्य ८६० रुपैयाँ ९५ पैसा निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।NEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Kalinchok Darshan Kathmandu — The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of two listed companies following their book closure for annual general meetings and dividend distribution. NEPSE adjusted the share prices of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited and Kalinchok Darshan Limited after both companies closed their books for bonus share distribution. The exchange made the adjustment in line with the announced bonus share ratios. According to NEPSE, the share price of Laxmi Sunrise Bank was adjusted by 10 percent to reflect its bonus share issue, while the share price of Kalinchok Darshan was adjusted by 5 percent. After the adjustment, Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s share price has been fixed at Rs 213.64 per share, while Kalinchok Darshan’s share price stands at Rs 860.95 per share.

A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on December 15 (Mangsir 29) decided to distribute a cash dividend of 10.1780 percent of the company’s current paid-up capital from the accumulated profit of the previous fiscal year. The dividend amount includes applicable taxes. According to the company, the dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and following endorsement at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्सको आईपीओ बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न, २ हजार ३११ जनाले पाए सेयर काठमाडौं । रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स लिमिटेडले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि निष्कासन गरेको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) को बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ । कम्पनीले गत मंसिर २२ गतेदेखि २५ गतेसम्म आईपीओ खुला गरेको थियो । कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता ८२० रुपैयाँ ८० पैसाका दरले कुल १ लाख १५ हजार ५९६ कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो । उक्त आईपीओमा ३५ हजार १०२ जनाले १९ लाख ४४ हजार ३३० कित्ता सेयरका लागि आवेदन दिएका थिए । कम्पनीका अनुसार प्राप्त भएका सबै आवेदनहरू स्वीकृत भएका छन् । मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेपछि कम्पनीले गोलाप्रथा (लटरी) प्रक्रियामार्फत आईपीओ बाँडफाँड गरेको हो । बाँडफाँडअनुसार २ हजार ३११ जना आवेदकले ५० कित्ताका दरले सेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन् ।Reliance Spinning Mills IPO Allotment Completed for Migrant Nepalis Kathmandu — Reliance Spinning Mills Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued for Nepalis working abroad. The company had issued 115,596 shares at a price of Rs 820.80 per share between December 8 and December 11 (Mangsir 22–25). During the subscription period, a total of 35,102 applicants applied for 1,944,330 shares. All applications were approved, the company said. As the issue was oversubscribed, the IPO was allotted through a lottery process. Under the allotment, 2,311 applicants were allotted 50 shares each.

पाँच महिनामा सरकारको आम्दानी–खर्च निरासाजनक, विकास खर्च १० प्रतिशत पनि पुगेन काठमाडौं । चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो पाँच महिना पूरा हुन लाग्दा सरकारको आम्दानी र खर्च दुवै पक्ष कमजोर देखिएको छ । मंसिर मसान्तसम्म सरकारले राजस्व संकलन लक्ष्यको ३० प्रतिशत समेत पुर्‍याउन सकेको छैन भने कुल खर्च २८ प्रतिशतमा सीमित रहेको छ । अर्थ मन्त्रालयअन्तर्गत महालेखा नियन्त्रक कार्यालयको तथ्यांकअनुसार साउनदेखि मंसिर मसान्तसम्म सरकारको विकास (पुँजीगत) खर्च अत्यन्तै न्यून रहेको छ । मंसिर २९ गतेसम्मको तथ्यांकअनुसार पुँजीगत खर्च जम्मा ८ प्रतिशतमा सीमित भएको छ, जसले विकास निर्माणका काम सुस्त गतिमा अघि बढिरहेको संकेत गर्छ ।Government Revenue and Spending Remain Weak in First Five Months, Capital Expenditure Below 10% Kathmandu — As the first five months of the current fiscal year draw to a close, both government revenue collection and expenditure have remained disappointing. नेपाली बजारमा मंगलबार सुनको मूल्य ऐतिहासिक उच्च विन्दुबाट घटेको छ। सुन प्रतितोला १ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले घटेर २ लाख ५९ हजार रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको छ। यसैबीच, चाँदीको मूल्य भने प्रतितोला १५ रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ हजार ८८५ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।Gold prices in the Nepali market declined from a record high on Tuesday, falling by Rs 1,700 per tola to Rs 259,000. अमेरिकी डलर ऐतिहासिक उच्चमा, नेपाली रुपैयाँ इतिहासकै कमजोर अवस्थामा काठमाडौं । अमेरिकी डलरको मूल्य हालसम्मकै उच्च बिन्दुमा पुगेसँगै नेपाली रुपैयाँ इतिहासकै कमजोर अवस्थामा पुगेको छ । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार मंगलबार एक अमेरिकी डलरको खरिददर १४४ रुपैयाँ ८८ पैसा र बिक्रीदर १४५ रुपैयाँ ४८ पैसा कायम गरिएको छ । यो नेपाली मुद्राका लागि हालसम्मकै कमजोर विनिमय दर हो । नेपाली रुपैयाँ भारतीय रुपैयाँसँग स्थिर विनिमय दरमा बाँधिएकाले भारतीय रुपैयाँ अमेरिकी डलरसँग कमजोर बन्दा त्यसको प्रत्यक्ष असर नेपाली रुपैयाँमा परेको हो । पछिल्लो समय अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारमा अमेरिकी डलर लगातार बलियो बन्दै जाँदा नेपाली मुद्रा समेत दबाबमा परेको देखिन्छ ।US Dollar Hits Record High, Nepali Rupee Slips to Historic Low Kathmandu — The Nepali rupee has fallen to its weakest level in history as the US dollar surged to a record high. According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the exchange rate on Tuesday was fixed at Rs 144.88 per US dollar for buying and Rs 145.48 for selling, marking the lowest point ever for the domestic currency. The sharp depreciation of the Nepali rupee is largely attributed to its fixed exchange rate arrangement with the Indian rupee. As the Indian currency weakens against the US dollar, the Nepali rupee is automatically affected. In recent weeks, the strengthening of the dollar in the global market has intensified pressure on the Nepali currency as well.

According to data published by Nepal Rastra Bank, out of 17 finance companies in operation, 10 have reported losses while only 7 companies have managed to post profits. Collectively, the loss-making finance companies incurred a total loss of Rs 451.6 million during the review period. Reliance Finance emerged as the worst-performing institution, posting a loss of Rs 181.9 million in just four months. Pokhara Finance followed with a loss of Rs 63.06 million, while Nepal Finance reported a loss of Rs 54.89 million. Best Finance also remained under pressure, recording a loss of Rs 52.79 million. Similarly, Samriddhi Finance incurred losses amounting to Rs 43.83 million during the period.

According to data released by Nepal Rastra Bank, strong remittance inflows and a large balance of payments surplus have provided a solid cushion against external risks. As of mid-November 2025, total foreign exchange reserves stood at Rs 3,055.52 billion, up 14.1 percent from Rs 2,677.68 billion recorded at the end of mid-July 2025. In US dollar terms, reserves increased by 10.3 percent, rising from USD 19.50 billion to USD 21.52 billion over the same period.

चालु खाता र शोधनान्तर दुवैमा बलियो सुधार, बाह्य क्षेत्र थप सुदृढ काठमाडौं । आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो चार महिना (२०८२ कात्तिकसम्म) मा नेपालको बाह्य क्षेत्र उल्लेखनीय रूपमा सुदृढ भएको देखिएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको तथ्याङ्कअनुसार यस अवधिमा चालु खाता र शोधनान्तर दुवैमा अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा उल्लेखनीय सुधार आएको छ, जसले देशको बाह्य वित्तीय स्थितिमा सकारात्मक संकेत दिएको छ। समीक्षा अवधिमा चालु खाता २७९ अर्ब ६५ करोड रुपैयाँले बचतमा रहेको छ। अघिल्लो वर्षको सोही अवधिमा चालु खाता १४७ अर्ब ७८ करोड रुपैयाँले बचतमा रहेको थियो। अमेरिकी डलरमा हेर्दा, अघिल्लो वर्ष १ अर्ब १० करोड डलर बचतमा रहेको चालु खाता समीक्षा अवधिमा १ अर्ब ९९ करोड डलर बचतमा पुगेको छ। यसले चालु खातामा दोहोरो अंकको मजबुत सुधार भएको स्पष्ट गर्छ। अर्थविद्हरूका अनुसार चालु खातामा आएको यो सुधारको मुख्य आधार विप्रेषण आप्रवाहमा भएको तीव्र वृद्धि हो। यद्यपि व्यापार घाटा र सेवा खातामा दबाब कायमै रहे पनि विप्रेषण र द्वितीय आयका कारण चालु खाता सन्तुलनमा बलियो अवस्थामा पुगेको देखिन्छ।Current Account and Balance of Payments Record Strong Surplus, Backed by Remittance Inflows Nepal’s external sector strengthened significantly in the first four months of fiscal year 2082/83 (up to mid-November 2025), with both the current account and the balance of payments posting substantially higher surpluses than last year. Latest figures released by Nepal Rastra Bank indicate that strong remittance inflows and higher secondary income have outweighed pressures from trade and service deficits, improving the country’s overall external position. During the review period, the current account recorded a surplus of Rs 279.65 billion, almost double the Rs 147.78 billion surplus seen in the same period last year. In US dollar terms, the current account surplus widened from USD 1.10 billion to USD 1.99 billion. Economists view this sharp improvement as a reflection of robust foreign currency inflows, particularly from migrant workers, at a time when import demand remains high.
