वि.सं. २०८३ को पहिलो कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक ३३.२७ अंकले बढेर २८६६.८७ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। कारोबार रकम पनि वृद्धि भई १० अर्बभन्दा बढी पुगेको छ। अधिकांश कम्पनीहरूको शेयर मूल्य बढ्दा ६ कम्पनी सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार भएका छन्। सबै १३ उपसमूह हरियालीमा बन्द हुँदा होटल तथा पर्यटन क्षेत्र सर्वाधिक बढेको देखिएको छ।On the first trading day of the Nepali New Year 2083 B.S., the NEPSE index rose by 33.27 points to 2866.87. देशभर राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक गणना सुरु, ७७ जिल्लामा तथ्याङ्क सङ्कलन अभियान तीव्रNational Economic Census Begins Nationwide Across Nepal, Data Collection Intensifies in All 77 Districts

राष्ट्रिय तथ्याङ्क कार्यालयले आजदेखि देशभर ‘राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक गणना’ को स्थलगत तथ्याङ्क सङ्कलन सुरु गरेको छ। आर्थिक नीति निर्माण, योजना तर्जुमा, लगानी प्रवर्द्धन र रोजगारी विश्लेषणका लागि आधार तयार गर्ने उद्देश्यले सुरु गरिएको यो गणना असार ७ गतेसम्म सञ्चालन हुनेछ। ७७ वटै जिल्लामा ८४ वटा गणना कार्यालयमार्फत उद्योग, व्यापार, सेवा क्षेत्र, सहकारी तथा सार्वजनिक–निजी आर्थिक एकाइहरूको विवरण सङ्कलन गरिनेछ। कूटनीतिक निकाय, सुरक्षा निकाय र घरायसी प्रयोजनका गतिविधि यसमा समावेश गरिने छैन। यसअघि २०७५ सालको गणनामा करिब ९ लाख २३ हजार प्रतिष्ठान र ३२ लाख रोजगारी देखिएको थियो। यस पटक प्रारम्भिक प्रतिवेदन आगामी आर्थिक वर्षको सुरुवातमा प्रकाशन गरिनेछ, साथै व्यवसायीहरूका लागि ‘ई–सेन्सस’ प्रणालीमार्फत अनलाइन विवरण बुझाउने व्यवस्था पनि गरिएको छ।The National Statistics Office has begun nationwide field data collection for the ‘National Economic Census’ starting today. The census aims to support economic policymaking, planning, investment promotion, and employment analysis, and will continue until Asar 7. A total of 84 census offices across all 77 districts will collect data covering industries, trade, services, cooperatives, and both public and private economic units. Diplomatic missions, security agencies, and household-only activities are excluded. In the previous 2018 census, around 923,000 establishments and about 3.2 million jobs were recorded. Preliminary reports are expected at the beginning of the next fiscal year, and an ‘e-census’ system has also been introduced for online data submission by businesses.

बैंशाख २ गते बुधबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य बढेको छ। सुन प्रतितोला २ हजार ९०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख २ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदीको मूल्य प्रतितोला ४ हजार ९०० रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ।On Wednesday, Baisakh 2, gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market. Gold rose by Rs. 2,900 per tola to Rs. 302,700, while silver was priced at Rs. 4,900 per tola.

९ महिनामा ५४% बजेट खर्च, पुँजीगत खर्च अझै कमजोर54% Budget Spent in 9 Months, Capital Expenditure Remains Weak

चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को ९ महिनामा सरकारले करिब ५४ प्रतिशत बजेट खर्च गरेको छ। कुल १९ खर्ब ६४ अर्बमध्ये १० खर्ब ५९ अर्ब खर्च हुँदा अधिकांश रकम चालु खर्चमा गएको छ। पुँजीगत खर्च भने कमजोर रहँदै २३.५८ प्रतिशत मात्र भएको छ। मध्यपूर्वको तनावका कारण निर्माण सामग्री अभावले विकास खर्च प्रभावित भएको छ। यसैबीच सरकारले ९ खर्ब ७ अर्ब आम्दानी गरेको छ।In the first nine months of fiscal year 2082/83, the Government of Nepal has spent about 54% of its total budget. Out of NPR 19.64 trillion, NPR 10.59 trillion has been utilized, mostly on recurrent expenses. Capital expenditure remains low at 23.58%, affected by construction material shortages due to Middle East tensions. Meanwhile, the government has generated NPR 907 billion in revenue.

काठमाडौंमा उच्च तरलता र कमजोर कर्जा मागका कारण वाणिज्य बैंकहरूले मुद्दती निक्षेपको ब्याजदर थप घटाएका छन्। वैशाख महिनाका लागि व्यक्तिगत मुद्दती निक्षेपको औसत ब्याजदर ४.४ प्रतिशतमा झरेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो महिनाभन्दा कम हो। अधिकांश बैंकहरूले दर यथावत् राखेका भए पनि केही बैंकहरूले कटौती गरेका छन्। बजारमा लगानीयोग्य रकम प्रशस्त भए पनि कर्जा प्रवाह सुस्त हुँदा ब्याजदर निरन्तर घटिरहेको देखिएको छ।Commercial banks in Kathmandu have further reduced fixed deposit interest rates due to high liquidity and weak credit demand. साताको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक १३.४६ अंकले घटेर २८३७.७७ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। कारोबार रकम पनि घट्दै करिब ८ अर्ब ९९ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित रह्यो। अधिकांश उपसमूहहरू घटेका भए पनि केही कम्पनीहरूको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार भएको छ। समग्रमा बजारमा मिश्रित तर दबाबयुक्त प्रवृत्ति देखिएको छ।On the last trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange index declined by 13.46 points to close at 2,837.77. The total turnover also fell to around NPR 8.99 billion. Although a few stocks hit positive circuit levels, most sectors declined, indicating a mixed but slightly bearish market trend.

नेपाल नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरणले त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमा भीडभाड नियन्त्रण गर्न नयाँ व्यवस्था लागू गरेको छ। अब विदेश जाने वा विदेशबाट आउने यात्रुको बिदाइ तथा स्वागतमा बढीमा तीनजना मात्रै सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। धेरै आफन्त विमानस्थल पुग्दा भीड बढ्ने र व्यवस्थापनमा समस्या हुने भएकाले यस्तो निर्णय गरिएको प्राधिकरणले जनाएको छ। सबैलाई सहयोग गर्न पनि आग्रह गरिएको छ।The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has introduced a new rule to control overcrowding at Tribhuvan International Airport. Now, only up to three people will be allowed to accompany a passenger for departure or arrival greetings. The authority said the decision was made due to excessive crowds caused by large numbers of relatives, which created management difficulties. It has also requested public cooperation to maintain order at the airport.

सरकारले डिजिटल सुशासनलाई मजबुत बनाउने उद्देश्यसहित नागरिक एपमार्फत विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाहरू अनलाइन उपलब्ध गराउने तयारी तीव्र बनाएको छ। निजामती कर्मचारीको विवरण, लोक सेवा आयोगका परीक्षार्थीको प्रवेशपत्र र वैदेशिक अध्ययनका लागि एनओसी जस्ता सेवाहरू अब नागरिक एपबाटै उपलब्ध गराउने तयारी अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको छ। सूचना प्रविधि विभागका अनुसार प्रणाली परीक्षणमा रहेको र एक हप्ताभित्र पूर्ण रूपमा लागू हुने अपेक्षा छ। यससँगै नागरिक एपलाई ‘वन–स्टप डिजिटल सेवा प्लेटफर्म’ बनाउने लक्ष्य सरकारको रहेको छ।The government is accelerating its plan to strengthen digital governance by expanding online services through the Nagarik App. Services such as civil servants’ records, Public Service Commission admit cards, and No Objection Certificates (NOC) for foreign study are in the final stage of being integrated into the app. According to the Department of Information Technology, the system is currently under testing and is expected to be fully operational within a week. The government aims to develop the Nagarik App into a “one-stop digital service platform.”
