नेपालको शेयर बजारमा 'आफ्टर मार्केट अर्डर' लागू हुने नेपालको शेयर बजारलाई आधुनिक र लगानीमैत्री बनाउने उद्देश्यले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) ले 'आफ्टर मार्केट अर्डर' (AMO) कार्यान्वयन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस निर्णयसँगै नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले पठाएको 'धितोपत्र कारोबार संचालन विनियमावली' संशोधनको प्रस्तावलाई सेबोनको सोमबारको बैठकले स्वीकृत गरेको हो।‘After Market Order’ to be Implemented in Nepal's Stock Market In an effort to modernize and make Nepal's stock market more investor-friendly, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has decided to implement the ‘After Market Order’ (AMO) system. With this decision, SEBON’s board has approved the amendment to the 'Securities Trading Operations Regulations' proposal sent by the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) in Monday’s meeting.

सङ्घीय संसद्का दुवै सदनको बैठक आज, सभामुख चयन र वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन पेश हुँदै काठमाडौं । सङ्घीय संसद् अन्तर्गतका दुवै सदनको बैठक आज बस्दैछ। सिंहदरबारस्थित निर्माणाधीन संसद् भवनको बहुउद्देश्यीय हलमा बिहान ११ बजे प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठक बोलाइएको छ। आजको प्रतिनिधिसभा बैठकमा सभामुख पदमा ‘डोलप्रसाद अर्याल लाई निर्वाचित गरियोस्’ भन्ने प्रस्ताव निर्णयार्थ प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यसूची रहेको छ। अर्याल यसअघि नै राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा)का तर्फबाट सभामुख पदमा निर्विरोध निर्वाचित भइसकेका छन्। उनको उम्मेदवारी प्रस्तावकमा पार्टी सभापति रवि लामिछाने रहेका थिए भने समर्थनमा सांसद स्वर्णिम वाग्ले, सोविता गौतम र सुनिल लम्साल रहेका छन्।Federal Parliament Sessions Convene Today; Speaker Confirmation and Annual Report on Agenda Kathmandu — Federal Parliament of Nepal is holding meetings of both houses today at the under-construction parliament building in Singha Durbar.

सानिगाड हाइड्रोको स्थानीय आईपीओमा आवेदन म्याद थप, वैशाख ७ सम्म दिन पाइने काठमाडौं । सानिगाड हाइड्रो लिमिटेड ले आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने म्याद थप गरेको छ। अब उक्त आईपीओमा २०८३ वैशाख ७ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।Sanigad Hydro Extends IPO Deadline for Locals Until Baisakh 7 Kathmandu — Sanigad Hydro Limited has extended the application deadline for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to project-affected local residents. Investors can now apply until Baisakh 7, 2083. The company has approval to issue 8.55 million shares, equivalent to 30% of its issued capital. In the first phase, 2.85 million shares have been allocated specifically for local residents of the project-affected areas. A larger portion of these shares is reserved for highly affected wards (1, 2, and 4) of Bungl Municipality in Bajhang, while the remaining shares will be distributed among residents of other wards.
