A founding shareholder of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has initiated the process to sell a portion of their founder shares. The company has issued a public notice inviting applications for the purchase of these shares within the promoter group. According to the notice, founder shareholder Pawan Kumar Sharma intends to sell a total of 8,096 units of founder shares at a minimum price of NPR 500 per share. The proposal has already been approved by the company’s Board of Directors, formally initiating the sale process.
