साताको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक ६.०३ अंकले बढेर २६५४.९३ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। लगातार चौथो दिन बजार उकालो लागे पनि कारोबार रकम भने घटेको छ। यस दिन ४ अर्ब १७ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको शेयर कारोबार भएको छ। सालपा विकास बैंक सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार हुँदा रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स र हिम स्टार उर्जाको शेयरमूल्य उल्लेख्य बढेको छ। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये ९ उपसमूह बढ्दा निर्जीवन बीमा क्षेत्र सर्वाधिक १.०९ प्रतिशतले उकालो लागेको छ।On the final trading day of the week, the NEPSE index rose by 6.03 points to close at 2,654.93, marking its fourth consecutive day of gains. However, total market turnover declined to over NPR 4.17 billion. Salapa Development Bank hit the positive circuit, while Reliance Spinning Mills and Him Star Energy posted notable gains. Out of 13 sectors, nine advanced, with the Non-Life Insurance sector leading with a 1.09% increase.

नेपाल प्रहरीले सार्वजनिक गरेको तथ्याङ्कअनुसार माघ महिनामा देशभर दर्ता भएका ४ हजार ५ सय ६१ मुद्दामध्ये बैंकिङ कसुरका मुद्दा सबैभन्दा बढी १ हजार १७ रहेका छन्, जुन कुल मुद्दाको २२.२९ प्रतिशत हो। सार्वजनिक हित, स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा तथा नैतिकताविरुद्ध ५६३ मुद्दा दर्ता भएका छन्। त्यस्तै आत्महत्याका ४९४, लागुऔषधका ४३६, भवितव्य ज्यानका ३८० र चोरीका ३६४ मुद्दा दर्ता भएका छन्। सबैभन्दा धेरै मुद्दा काठमाडौं उपत्यकामा १,३३७ दर्ता भएका छन् भने कर्णाली प्रदेशमा सबैभन्दा कम १५९ मुद्दा दर्ता भएका छन्।According to data released by Nepal Police, a total of 4,561 cases were registered nationwide in the month of Magh, with banking offenses topping the list at 1,017 cases (22.29%). Cases related to public interest, health, safety, and morality stood at 563. Additionally, 494 suicide cases, 436 drug-related offenses, 380 accidental homicide cases, and 364 theft cases were recorded. The highest number of cases (1,337) was registered in Kathmandu Valley, while Karnali Province reported the lowest at 159 cases.

१२ वर्षमा कृषि, बाली तथा पशुपन्छी बीमामा ६ अर्ब ३० करोड अनुदान वितरणGovernment Disburses NPR 6.30 Billion in Agricultural and Livestock Insurance Subsidies Over 12 Years

काठमाडौं । कृषि तथा पशुपन्छी विकास मन्त्रालय ले विगत १२ वर्षमा कृषि, बाली तथा पशुपन्छी बीमाबापत कुल ६ अर्ब ३० करोड रुपैयाँ अनुदान वितरण गरेको जनाएको छ। सो अवधिमा बीमा कम्पनीहरूले १ खर्ब ८५ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको बीमा गर्दै ८ अर्ब १९ करोड रुपैयाँ बीमाशुल्क संकलन गरेका छन् भने ७ अर्ब २८ करोड रुपैयाँ दाबी भुक्तानी गरेका छन्। मन्त्रालयले २०८१ कात्तिक १ गतेदेखि लागू हुने गरी प्रिमियममा ५० देखि ८० प्रतिशतसम्म अनुदान दिने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। कार्यक्रमको अनुगमन तथा कार्यान्वयनका लागि मन्त्रालयको नेतृत्वमा समिति गठन गरिएको छ, जसमा नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरण समेत सहभागी छ। सरकारले कृषि क्षेत्रलाई सुरक्षित र व्यवसायिक बनाउन बीमा अनुदानलाई निरन्तरता दिएको जनाएको छ। Kathmandu: The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development has provided NPR 6.30 billion in subsidies for agricultural, crop, and livestock insurance over the past 12 years. During this period, insurers covered policies worth over NPR 185 billion, collected NPR 8.19 billion in premiums, and paid NPR 7.28 billion in claims. Under a new provision effective from Kartik 1, 2081, the government offers 50 to 80 percent subsidy on insurance premiums. A monitoring committee led by the Ministry, including the Nepal Insurance Authority, has been formed to oversee implementation. The government states that the subsidy program aims to strengthen risk management and commercialization in the agricultural sector.

फागुन १४ गते बिहीबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ६०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख १५ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। बुधबार सुन ३ लाख १४ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो। यसैगरी चाँदीको मूल्य पनि १० रुपैयाँले बढेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ७२५ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। अघिल्लो दिन चाँदी ५ हजार ७१५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो। On Thursday, Falgun 14, both gold and silver prices increased in Nepal’s domestic market. The price of gold rose by Rs 600 per tola to Rs 315,400, compared to Rs 314,800 on Wednesday. Similarly, silver prices increased by Rs 10 per tola, reaching Rs 5,725. The previous day’s trading price for silver was Rs 5,715 per tola.

He noted that dual pricing and separate ISINs encourage speculation, reduce liquidity, and prevent the NEPSE index from reflecting the real market situation. He also pointed out that promoter share lock-in periods and weak regulation have created market imbalances. Emphasizing the role of SEBON, NEPSE, and CDSC, he urged authorities to strengthen institutions and develop a transparent, efficient, and performance-based capital market to support sustainable economic growth.

साताको दोस्रो कारोबार दिन नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक २.४१ अंकले बढेर २६१६.९७ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। बजार बढे पनि कारोबार रकम घटेर ५ अर्ब १३ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएको छ। सालपा विकास बैंक सकारात्मक सर्किटमा पुगेको छ भने केही कम्पनीका सेयर मूल्य उल्लेख्य रूपमा बढेका छन्। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये ६ बढेका र ७ घटेका छन्। On the second trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index gained 2.41 points to close at 2,616.97. Despite the rise in the index, total turnover declined to NPR 5.13 billion. Salapa Development Bank hit the positive circuit, and several stocks recorded notable gains. Out of 13 sub-indices, six advanced while seven declined, showing mixed market performance.

सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषमा फागुन १० गतेसम्म योगदानकर्ताबाट १ खर्ब २ अर्ब ५४ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी रकम जम्मा भएको छ। हाल कोषमा २८ लाखभन्दा बढी योगदानकर्ता र २३ हजारभन्दा बढी रोजगारदाता सूचीकृत छन्। औपचारिक क्षेत्रमा कार्यरत श्रमिकको तलबबाट ३१ प्रतिशत योगदान जम्मा गरिन्छ। कोषले संकलित रकम सरकारी ऋणपत्र, बैंक निक्षेप, म्युचुअल फन्ड लगायतका क्षेत्रमा सुरक्षित रूपमा लगानी गर्दै आएको छ। औपचारिक र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका श्रमिकको सहभागिता बढी भए पनि अनौपचारिक र स्वरोजगार क्षेत्रको सहभागिता न्यून रहेको छ।The Social Security Fund has collected over NPR 102.54 billion in contributions as of Falgun 10. More than 2.8 million contributors and over 23,000 employers are currently registered. Under the scheme, 31 percent of a worker’s basic salary is deposited into the fund. The collected amount is safely invested in government securities, bank deposits, mutual funds, and other financial instruments. While participation from formal-sector and migrant workers is high, enrollment from informal and self-employed workers remains low.
