टिएमएस प्रणालीमा समस्या, लगानीकर्ता कारोबार गर्नबाट वञ्चित काठमाडौं । नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से)को अनलाइन ट्रेडिङ प्रणाली टिएमएस (Trade Management System) मा समस्या देखिएपछि लगानीकर्ताहरूले शेयर किनबेच गर्ने अवसर गुमाएका छन्। बजार खुलेदेखि नै अधिकांश ब्रोकर कम्पनीहरूको टिएमएस प्रणाली राम्रोसँग सञ्चालन हुन नसकेपछि अनलाइनमार्फत कारोबार गर्न चाहने लगानीकर्ताहरू प्रभावित भएका हुन्। लगानीकर्ताहरूका अनुसार बिहान बजार खुलेपछि नै धेरै ब्रोकरको सिस्टममा लगइन गर्न समस्या देखिएको थियो भने कतिपयमा अर्डर राख्दा पनि प्रणालीले काम नगरेको गुनासो गरिएको छ। यसका कारण बजारमा किनबेच गर्न चाहने धेरै लगानीकर्ताहरू कारोबारबाट वञ्चित भएका छन्। विशेषगरी बजारमा उतारचढाव भइरहेको समयमा अनलाइन प्रणाली अवरुद्ध हुँदा लगानीकर्ताले समयमै शेयर किन्ने वा बेच्ने निर्णय कार्यान्वयन गर्न नसक्दा आर्थिक अवसर गुमाउने अवस्था सिर्जना भएको बताइएको छ।TMS System Issue Prevents Investors from Trading Shares Kathmandu — Investors have missed the opportunity to buy and sell shares due to technical issues in the Trade Management System (TMS), the online trading platform used for stock transactions in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The problem appeared from the moment the market opened, as the systems of most brokerage firms failed to function properly. According to investors, many broker platforms experienced login failures, while others were unable to process buy or sell orders even after users accessed the system. As a result, a large number of investors have been unable to execute their trades through the online system.

मंगलबार फागुन २६ गते नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख १७ हजार रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी प्रतितोला ३१० रुपैयाँले बढेर ५ हजार ७२० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ।Gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market on Tuesday, Falgun 26. शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्टको आईपीओ आज बन्द हुँदै, हालसम्म १५ गुणा बढी आवेदन काठमाडौं । शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ)मा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले फागुन १७ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो भने आज फागुन २६ गते आवेदन बन्द हुन लागेको हो। कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि १८ लाख ४२ हजार ६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गरेको हो। कम्पनीको कुल जारी पूँजी ९८ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। यसमध्ये ३२ लाख कित्ता (३२.६५ प्रतिशत) शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई निष्काशन गर्ने योजना रहेको छ। कुल सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमध्ये ९ लाख ८० हजार कित्ता शेयर आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा विद्युत् प्रसारण लाइन प्रभावित बागलुङ जिल्लाका स्थानीयलाई छुट्याइएको छ भने बाँकी २२ लाख २० हजार कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याइएको हो।Shikhar Power Development IPO Closing Today; Issue Oversubscribed 15 Times Kathmandu — The initial public offering (IPO) of Shikhar Power Development Limited is closing today, Falgun 26, 2082, for the general public. The company had opened the IPO issue on Falgun 17, 2082, offering shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. The company has issued 18,42,600 units of ordinary shares to the general public under this offering. Shikhar Power Development Limited has a total issued capital of Rs. 98 crore, out of which 32.65 percent (32,00,000 shares) is planned to be distributed to the public. From the total public allocation, 9,80,000 shares (10 percent of issued capital) worth Rs. 9.80 crore have been reserved for project-affected locals and transmission line–affected residents of Baglung District based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The remaining 22,20,000 shares (22.65 percent) are designated for the general public.

फागुन २५ गते, सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार २०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा ६५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४१० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। On Monday, Falgun 25, the prices of both gold and silver decreased in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold fell by Rs. 3,700 per tola to Rs. 313,200 per tola. According to the provisions of the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, the tenure of a Deputy Governor is fixed at five years. Despite the approaching retirement date, the process of appointing new Deputy Governors has not yet begun. Government officials say the delay is largely due to the election code of conduct currently in effect during the ongoing parliamentary elections. The Ministry of Finance, under the leadership of Finance Minister Rameshwar Prasad Khanal, had consulted the Election Commission of Nepal regarding whether the appointment process could proceed. However, to avoid potential controversy or violation of election regulations, the government decided not to move forward with the appointments at this stage.

नेपाली बजारमा सुन तथा चाँदीको मूल्यमा गिरावटGold and Silver Prices Fall in the Nepali Market

फागुन २२ गते, शुक्रबार, नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ४ हजार २०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। त्यस्तै चाँदीको मूल्य पनि ९५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४४५ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ । On Friday, Falgun 22, prices of both gold and silver declined in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold fell by NPR 4,200 per tola to NPR 313,400 per tola. Similarly, silver also dropped by NPR 95 per tola and is currently being traded at NPR 5,445 per tola.

आज देशभर प्रतिनिधिसभा निर्वाचन, बिहान ७ देखि साँझ ५ बजेसम्म मतदान जेनजी आन्दोलनपछिको विशेष राजनीतिक परिस्थितिमा आज देशभर प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य निर्वाचनका लागि मतदान भइरहेको छ। बिहान ७ बजेदेखि सुरु भएको मतदान अपराह्न ५ बजेसम्म सञ्चालन हुने निर्वाचन आयोगले जनाएको छ। संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र स्थापनापछि यो प्रतिनिधिसभाको तेस्रो निर्वाचन हो। यसअघि २०७४ र २०७९ सालमा प्रतिनिधिसभा निर्वाचन सम्पन्न भएको थियो। यस निर्वाचनमा प्रत्यक्षतर्फ १६५ निर्वाचन क्षेत्र र समानुपातिकतर्फ ११० सिटका लागि मतदान भइरहेको छ। प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचन प्रणालीतर्फ ६५ राजनीतिक दल प्रतिस्पर्धामा छन्। यसअन्तर्गत ३,०१७ पुरुष, ३८८ महिला र १ अन्य गरी कुल ३,४०६ उम्मेदवार मैदानमा रहेका छन्। समानुपातिकतर्फ भने १,३६३ पुरुष र १,७७२ महिला गरी कुल ३,१३५ उम्मेदवार प्रतिस्पर्धामा छन्।Voting Underway Nationwide for House of Representatives Election Amid Special Circumstances Voting for the House of Representatives election is taking place across Nepal today under special circumstances following the Gen-Z movement. Petronet LNG, India’s largest importer of liquefied natural gas (LNG), has warned that some operations could be disrupted, raising concerns about tighter gas supply in the world’s most populous nation. According to a notice issued by the company to the stock exchange late Tuesday night, vessels may not be able to safely reach QatarEnergy’s loading port at Ras Laffan through the Strait of Hormuz. QatarEnergy, a key supplier for the Indian market, has already announced a temporary halt in LNG production earlier this week. In response to the situation, Petronet LNG said it has sent a “force majeure” notice to QatarEnergy regarding three of its tankers—Disha, Rahi, and Aseem. The company also confirmed that it has received a similar notice from QatarEnergy. Additionally, Petronet LNG has informed its domestic clients, including GAIL (India), Indian Oil Corporation, and Bharat Petroleum Corporation, about the potential disruption. The company stated that it is currently unable to estimate the exact scale of the possible impact. However, local media reports indicate that some domestic gas suppliers have already warned industrial customers about possible minor cuts in supply.

प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचनअघिको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक ३८.५२ अंकले बढेर २७१२.४९ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। लगातार पाँच कारोबार दिनदेखि बजार उकालो लाग्दै आएको छ। यस दिन कारोबार रकम पनि बढेर ६ अर्ब २३ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। सालपा विकास बैंकको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किट लेभलमा कारोबार हुँदा पञ्चकन्या माइ हाइड्रोपावर, रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स र मोलुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावरको शेयर मूल्य उल्लेख्य रूपमा बढेको छ। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये १२ उपसमूहको परिसूचक बढ्दा जलविद्युत उपसमूह सर्वाधिक २.१३ प्रतिशतले उकालो लागेको छ।The NEPSE index rose by 38.52 points to close at 2,712.49 on the final trading day before the House of Representatives election, extending gains for the fifth consecutive session. Market turnover also increased, surpassing NPR 6.23 billion. Shares of Salpa Development Bank hit the positive circuit level, while Panchakanya Mai Hydropower, Reliance Spinning Mills, and Molung Hydropower posted notable gains. Out of 13 sectoral indices, 12 closed higher, with the hydropower sector leading the market with a 2.13 percent increase.

The uncertainty has stranded thousands of passengers in Kathmandu who were planning to travel abroad for employment, education, and tourism purposes.
