समपूरक र विशेष अनुदानका लागि स्थानीय तहलाई प्रस्ताव आह्वान काठमाडौं । सङ्घीय मामिला तथा सामान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालय ले गाउँपालिका र नगरपालिकालाई सङ्घीय समपूरक अनुदान तथा विशेष अनुदानअन्तर्गत सञ्चालन हुने कार्यक्रम र आयोजनाका लागि प्रस्ताव पेस गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। मन्त्रालयले समपूरक अनुदानसम्बन्धी (पहिलो संशोधन) कार्यविधि, २०८२ र विशेष अनुदानसम्बन्धी (पहिलो संशोधन) कार्यविधि, २०८२ अनुसार प्रदेश सरकार र स्थानीय तहबाट प्रस्ताव आह्वान गरेको हो। नयाँ आर्थिक वर्षका लागि बजेट निर्माण प्रक्रियालाई ध्यानमा राख्दै तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र प्रस्ताव पेस गर्न अनुरोध गरिएको छ।Local Governments Asked to Submit Proposals for Federal Matching and Special Grants Kathmandu. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has asked rural municipalities and municipalities to submit program and project proposals under the federal matching grant and special grant schemes. According to the ministry, proposals have been invited from provincial governments and local levels in line with the Matching Grant Guidelines (First Amendment), 2025, and the Special Grant Guidelines (First Amendment), 2025. The move is part of preparations for formulating the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Fearing inundation and long-term safety threats, residents have intensified their protests and called for immediate intervention. पुस २ गते नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य बढेको छ। सुन प्रतितोला ७०० रुपैयाँले वृद्धि भएको छ भने चाँदी १७० रुपैयाँले बढेर प्रतितोला ४ हजार ५५ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जुन हालसम्मकै उच्च मूल्य हो।On Poush 2, gold prices in Nepal rose by NPR 700 per tola, while silver increased by NPR 170 per tola to reach a record high of NPR 4,055 per tola.

अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकले आज २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ तान्दै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा देखिएको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज पुनः २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको रकम तान्ने भएको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण प्रयोग गर्दै उक्त रकम बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट बाहिर ल्याउन लागेको हो। राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार आज दिउँसो २ बजे निक्षेप संकलनका लागि बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले तोकिएको समयभित्र ब्याजदर प्रस्तावसहित बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। निक्षेप दिन इच्छुक बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँ र अधिकतम आह्वान गरिएको कुल रकमसम्म, ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग गर्दा निःशेष भाग जाने गरी बोलकबोल गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यसले बोलकबोल प्रक्रियालाई व्यवस्थित र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बनाउने राष्ट्र बैंकको अपेक्षा छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Absorb Rs 20 Billion to Manage Excess Liquidity Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is set to withdraw Rs 20 billion from the banking system on Sunday as part of its ongoing efforts to manage excess liquidity. The central bank will use its deposit collection instrument to absorb surplus funds currently circulating within the financial system. According to NRB, the bidding process for the deposit collection will take place at 2:00 PM. Commercial banks as well as development and finance companies will be able to participate in the auction by submitting interest rate bids within the specified timeframe.

चुनावी प्रचारमा झण्डा प्रयोग सीमित गर्ने निर्वाचन आयोगको प्रस्ताव निर्वाचन आयोगले चुनावी प्रचारप्रसारका क्रममा झण्डाको अत्यधिक प्रयोग रोक्ने उद्देश्यसहित नयाँ व्यवस्था प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। आगामी फागुन २१ गते हुने प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य निर्वाचनलाई लक्षित गरी तयार पारिएको प्रस्तावित आचारसंहितामा प्रचार सामग्रीको प्रयोगलाई कडाइका साथ सीमित गर्ने प्रावधान समेटिएको हो। आयोगले प्रस्तावित आचारसंहितामा राजनीतिक दल वा उम्मेदवारले आयोजना गर्ने आमसभा, जुलुस, कोणसभा वा घरदैलो कार्यक्रममा अधिकतम १० वटा मात्र झण्डा प्रयोग गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। आवश्यकताभन्दा बढी झण्डा प्रयोग भई दुरुपयोग हुने प्रवृत्ति बढेकाले त्यसलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न यस्तो प्रबन्ध प्रस्ताव गरिएको आयोगको भनाइ छ।Election Commission Proposes Strict Limits on Campaign Flags to Curb Excessive The Election Commission has proposed new restrictions on the use of flags and campaign materials during election campaigns, aiming to prevent excessive and disorderly प्रचार activities.
