हिमालयन हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्न विद्युत् नियमन आयोगबाट प्रारम्भिक स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हालको १ अर्ब ९ करोड रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पूँजीको १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ, जसपछि चुक्ता पूँजी २ अर्ब १८ करोड रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ। उठाइएको रकम आयोजना सम्पन्न गर्न तथा निर्माणसम्बन्धी बाँकी खर्च भुक्तानीमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ। सेबोनबाट अन्तिम स्वीकृति पाएपछि मात्र हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन हुनेछ।Himalayan Hydropower Limited has received preliminary approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1. The company plans to issue 100% right shares on its paid-up capital of Rs. 1.09 Arba, which will increase to Rs. 2.18 Arba after issuance. The funds will be used to complete hydropower projects and clear construction-related expenses. However, the issuance will take place only after final approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.
