Instead of concentrating on large-scale manufacturing or infrastructure projects as seen in the past, foreign investors are increasingly shifting their focus toward information technology, small enterprises and agriculture-based industries. Recent data released by the Department of Industry suggests that Nepal’s investment landscape is gradually moving toward low-capital, diversified business models.
