आन्दोलनका कारण आज नेप्से बन्द हुने काठमाडौं । उपत्यकामा जारी कफ्युका कारण आज नेपाल स्टक एक्सेन्ज ९नेप्से० बन्द हुने भएको छ। नेप्सेका कर्मचारीहरू घरमै बसेर सूचना प्रकाशित गर्ने तयारीमा जुटेको नेप्सेका प्रवक्ता मुराहरी पराजुलीले जानकारी दिएका छन्। हाल देशभर ‘जेन–जी आन्दोलन’ का कारण तनावग्रस्त अवस्था रहेको छ। राजधानी लगायतका मुख्य सहरहरूमा कफ्यु लगाइएपछि सामान्य गतिविधि समेत प्रभावित भएको छ। यसबीच लगानीकर्ताहरूले समेत बजार बन्द गर्न माग गर्दै आएका थिए। यसै सन्दर्भमा आजका लागि पूरै शेयर कारोबार स्थगित गरिएको छ। बजार कहिले सञ्चालनमा आउने भन्नेबारेमा भने नेप्सेले थप निर्णयपछि जानकारी गराउने जनाएको छ।NEPSE Closed Today Due to Curfew Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) will remain closed today as a curfew has been imposed in the Kathmandu Valley. NEPSE spokesperson Murahari Parajuli informed that employees are working from home to publish official notices. The country has been gripped by the ongoing “Gen Z movement,” which has created a tense atmosphere across major cities. Following the curfew in the capital and heightened unrest, investors had also demanded the closure of the market. In response, NEPSE has suspended all share trading for today. Further updates on when the market will reopen will be announced after additional decisions are made.

१ दर्जन निर्माण कम्पनी कालोसूचीमा12 Construction Companies Blacklisted by Government

१ दर्जन निर्माण कम्पनी कालोसूचीमा सरकारले समयमै काम सम्पन्न नगरेका कारण १ दर्जन निर्माण कम्पनीलाई कालोसूचीमा राख्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद् कार्यालयअन्तर्गतको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले भदौ २३ गते गरेको निर्णयअनुसार यी कम्पनीलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको हो। विभिन्न निकायबाट प्राप्त सिफारिसका आधारमा यी कम्पनीहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले जनाएको छ। कालोसूचीमा परेका निर्माण कम्पनीहरूले आज (भदौ २४) देखि लागू हुने गरी १ वर्षदेखि ३ वर्षसम्म कुनै पनि सार्वजनिक निकायको खरिद प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन नपाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।12 Construction Companies Blacklisted by Government The government has decided to blacklist 12 construction companies for failing to complete their projects on time. The decision was made on Bhadra 23 by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. According to the office, the companies were blacklisted based on recommendations received from various government bodies.

The company has issued 100 million units worth Rs. 1 billion at a face value of Rs. 10 per unit. Out of the total issue, 14 million units have been allocated to the fund promoter and 1 million units to the fund manager. The remaining 85 million units have been offered to the general public. In this closed-end scheme, investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 10 million units. The scheme is promoted by Rastriya Banijya Bank (Fund Promoter) and managed by RBB Merchant Banking Limited (Fund Manager) under the RBB Mutual Fund.

Despite the crackdown, the demonstrations have not stopped. Protesters remain active on the streets even after the District Administration Office issued a curfew order in the area. सूचीकृत कम्पनीका लागि नेप्सेको नयाँ नियम : ५% भन्दा बढी सेयर खरिदबारे तत्काल जानकारी दिनुपर्ने नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) मा सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको लगानी व्यवस्थापनमा नयाँ नियम लागू भएको छ। नयाँ नियमअनुसार कुनै पनि लगानीकर्ताले एउटै कम्पनीको ५ प्रतिशत वा सोभन्दा बढी सेयर खरिद गरेमा नेप्सेलाई तुरुन्त जानकारी दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। नेप्सेले सूचीकृत कम्पनीलाई वित्तीय विवरणसँगै सम्पूर्ण लगानी विवरण समयमै उपलब्ध गराउन निर्देशन दिएको छ। यसअनुसार कम्पनीले लेखापरीक्षण गरिएको वार्षिक वित्तीय विवरण आर्थिक वर्ष समाप्त भएको ५ महिनाभित्र र त्रैमासिक विवरण भने त्रैमासिक सकिएको १ महिनाभित्र नेप्सेलाई बुझाउनुपर्नेछ। नयाँ नियमअन्तर्गत कम्पनीले बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय, १० करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी सम्पत्ति खरिद/बिक्री, सञ्चालक समिति वा सदस्यमा हुने हेरफेर, तथा १० करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी दायित्व बहन गर्ने निर्णय पनि तत्काल नेप्सेलाई जानकारी गराउनुपर्नेछ। नेप्सेले सूचीकृत कम्पनीलाई कुल १९ प्रकारका विवरण नियमित रूपमा उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्ने निर्देशन जारी गरेको छ। यसले लगानीकर्तालाई पारदर्शी जानकारी उपलब्ध गराइ बजारमा विश्वास र पारदर्शिता बढाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।New Rule for Listed Companies: Disclosure Required for Share Purchases Above 5% A new regulation has come into effect regarding investment management in companies listed under the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). As per the rule, if any investor acquires 5% or more shares of a single company, they must immediately disclose this information to NEPSE. NEPSE has also directed listed companies to submit their financial reports and complete investment details on time. According to the rule, audited annual financial statements must be submitted to NEPSE within 5 months of the fiscal year-end, and quarterly reports must be submitted within 1 month of the quarter-end.

कामना सेवा विकास बैंक : १५.७८ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय राष्ट्रियस्तरका विकास बैंकमध्ये कामना सेवा विकास बैंकले पहिलोपटक गत आर्थिक वर्ष (२०८१/८२) को लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। बैंकले १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ५.७८९५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) गरी कुल १५.७८९५ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले आइतबार यस प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो। गत वर्ष १२ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गरेको कामना सेवाले यस वर्ष वितरण दर बढाएको छ। प्रस्ताव नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति तथा बैंकको १९औं वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट पारित भएपछि शेयरधनीले लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नेछन्। नेपालमा हाल राष्ट्रियस्तरका ८ वटा विकास बैंक सञ्चालनमा रहेका छन्। तीमध्ये ज्योति विकास बैंक मात्र घाटामा रहेकाले लाभांश दिन नसक्ने देखिएको छ। बाँकी ७ वटा विकास बैंकहरूले भने वितरणयोग्य नाफा भएका कारण यस वर्ष लाभांश दिने क्षमता बनाएका छन्।Kamana Sewa Development Bank Announces Dividend, What About Other Development Banks? Among the national-level development banks, Kamana Sewa Development Bank has become the first to announce dividend distribution for the last fiscal year (2081/82 BS). The bank decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.7895%, which includes 10% bonus shares and 5.7895% cash dividend (including tax). The decision was approved at the bank’s board meeting held on Sunday. Last year, the bank had distributed 12% dividend, but this year it has increased the rate. Shareholders will receive the dividend once it is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the bank’s upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Currently, there are eight national-level development banks in operation. Among them, only Jyoti Development Bank is in loss and unable to distribute dividends. The remaining seven banks, however, have distributable profits and are in a position to announce dividends this year.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate at Rs. 140.93 and the selling rate at Rs. 141.53 for Sunday, the highest level so far. Earlier, on Bhadra 14, the buying rate had reached Rs. 140.82 and the selling rate Rs. 141.42, setting a record then. Within a week, the dollar has now touched a fresh high. A rising dollar essentially means the Nepali rupee is weakening. Nepal’s currency is pegged to the Indian rupee, so fluctuations in India directly impact Nepal. Recently, US President Donald Trump imposed a 50% tariff on goods imported from India, starting August 27. This created uncertainty in India’s trade with the US, leading to a withdrawal of foreign investments and higher demand for dollars in India. As a result, the dollar has appreciated in Nepal as well, since Nepal determines its exchange rate based on India’s evening rates.
