असार १२ गते, २०२५ मा नेपाली बजारमा सुनको मूल्य प्रतितोला ३०० रुपैयाँ बढेर १,९२,३०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। चाँदी पनि प्रतितोला ३५ रुपैयाँले बढेर २,१७५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। यो वृद्धि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारको उतारचढाव र माग बढेका कारण भएको हो।On June 26, 2025, the price of gold in Nepal increased by Rs. 300 per tola, reaching Rs. 192,300. Silver also rose by Rs. 35 per tola, trading at Rs. 2,175. The price hike is attributed to international market fluctuations and rising local demand.

As per the approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company is issuing rights shares at a 1:1 ratio. A total of 3,809,775 units are being issued at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, through which the company aims to raise Rs. 380,977,500. For this rights offering, the company had announced a book closure on Jestha 2. Only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 1 are eligible to apply for the rights shares.

नेपाली शेयर बजार स्थिर, असार मसान्तको प्रभावसँगै लगानीकर्ताको मनोविज्ञान निर्णायक साताको चौथो दिन बुधबार पनि नेपाली शेयर बजार स्थिर देखिएको छ । नेप्से परिसूचक ०.३३ अंकले घट्दै २६००.२० विन्दुमा बन्द भएको हो । असार मसान्तको प्रभावले बजारमा केही दबाब देखिए पनि लगानीकर्ताको मनोविज्ञानले अझै निर्णायक असर पुर्‍याइरहेको विश्लेषकहरूको भनाइ छ । आजको कारोबारमा १ करोड ३७ लाख ५९ हजार कित्ता शेयर ६१ हजार पटक किनबेच हुँदा ५ अर्ब ९४ करोड रुपैयाँको कारोबार भएको छ । कुल ११२ कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य बढेको छ भने १३४ कम्पनी घटेका छन् । मोदि इनर्जी लिमिटेडको शेयरमा ९.९९% ले सकारात्मक सर्किट लागेको छ भने तेह्रथुम पावर, पञ्चकन्या माई, त्रिशुली हाइड्रो, र माउन्टेन हाइड्रोको मूल्य समेत उल्लेख्यरुपमा बढेका छन् । उपसमूहतर्फ होटल तथा पर्यटन समूह १.४३% ले अगाडि देखिँदा इन्भेस्टमेन्ट समूहको कारोबार हिस्सा ८% बाट १०% मा पुगेको छ । कारोबारमा बुटवल पावर कम्पनी शीर्ष स्थानमा रहँदा उसले मात्र ५३ करोड ९४ लाख रुपैयाँको कारोबार गरेको छ ।Nepali Stock Market Remains Stable on Wednesday, Month-End Pressure and Investment Sector Activity Noted On the fourth trading day of the week, the Nepali stock market remained largely stable. A total of 13.75 million shares were traded today in 61,824 transactions, amounting to over NPR 5.94 billion in turnover. Share prices of 112 companies increased while 134 declined. Modi Energy Limited hit the positive circuit with a 9.99% gain. Other notable gainers included Tehrathum Power (+9.77%), Panchakanya Mai Hydro (+7.77%), Trishuli Hydropower (+7.62%), and Mountain Hydro (+7.14%).

According to NRB, the buying rate for one U.S. dollar is NPR 137.27 and the selling rate is NPR 137.87. This marks a decline compared to Tuesday’s rates of NPR 138.51 (buying) and NPR 139.11 (selling). The Euro has risen in value, with the buying rate set at NPR 159.36 and the selling rate at NPR 160.05. On Tuesday, these rates were NPR 158.79 and NPR 159.48 respectively. The Australian dollar also strengthened, with today’s buying rate at NPR 89.40 and selling rate at NPR 89.79. This is higher than Tuesday’s rates of NPR 88.37 and NPR 88.75.

However, disagreements between Mayor Balen Shah and Chief Administrative Officer Saroj Guraagai have led to the failure of conducting even the budget ceiling estimation meeting. This internal conflict has prevented the city from fulfilling its legal obligation.

According to the Monetary Management Department of NRB, the funds will be collected using the deposit collection instrument. Only licensed “A”, “B”, and “C” class banks and financial institutions are eligible to participate in the auction. The bidding must be submitted on an interest rate basis, and multiple bids with multiple rates are allowed. Applicants must clearly specify the amount and interest rate (up to four decimal places) they are offering. All bids must be submitted through NRB’s Online Bidding System Software by 3:00 PM today. The minimum bid amount is Rs. 100 million and can be increased in multiples of Rs. 50 million, allowing for full or partial allocation. Based on the submitted bids, NRB reserves the right to accept bids totaling Rs. 60 billion, more, or less.
