नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि आफ्नो नीति तथा कार्यक्रम सार्वजनिक गर्दै सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको 'लकइन' अवधि परिमार्जन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। सोमबार सार्वजनिक गरिएको यस कार्यक्रममा विभिन्न सुधार र नयाँ व्यवस्थाहरू समेटिएका छन्, जसले नेपालको धितोपत्र बजारलाई थप सुदृढ र व्यवस्थित बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। सूचीकृत कम्पनीको 'लकइन' अवधि परिमार्जन धितोपत्र बोर्डले सूचीकृत सङ्गठित संस्थाहरूका संस्थापक सेयरको हाल कायम रहेको 'लकइन' अवधि सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थामा अध्ययन गरी परिमार्जन गर्ने भएको छ। यसले गर्दा संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको सेयर कारोबारमा थप लचिलोपन आउनेछ र लगानीकर्ताको विश्वास बढ्नेछ। “सूचीकृत सङ्गठित संस्थाको संस्थापक सेयरको हाल कायम लकइन अवधि सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थामा अध्ययन गरी परिमार्जन गरिनेछ” बोर्डले सोमबार जारी गरेको नीति तथा कार्यक्रममा उल्लेख छ। यसले गर्दा बजारमा नयाँ संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको सेयर कारोबारमा समेत सहजीकरण हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।The Nepal Securities Board has announced its policy and program for the fiscal year 2081/82, which includes several reforms and new arrangements aimed at strengthening and organizing Nepal's securities market. Modification of the Lock-In Period for Listed Companies The Securities Board plans to revise the current "lock-in" period for founder shares of listed companies. This adjustment aims to increase flexibility in trading founder shares and boost investor confidence. "The current lock-in period for founder shares of listed organized institutions will be studied and revised," stated the board in its policy and program released on Monday. This change is expected to facilitate new founder shareholders' share trading.
