बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामा सेयर होल्डिङको सीमा घटाइयो, ठूला सेयरधनीको परिभाषामा नयाँ संशोधन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले हालै गरेको नयाँ निर्देशन अनुसार, अब बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामा कुल सेयरको ०.५ प्रतिशतभन्दा धेरै हिस्सा भएका व्यक्तिहरू ठूला सेयरधनीको रूपमा गणना हुने भएका छन्। यसअघि यो सीमा १ प्रतिशत रहेकोमा, अब यसलाई घटाएर ०.५ प्रतिशत कायम गरिएको छ। यस व्यवस्थापछि यस्ता सेयरधनीहरूले ठूला सेयरधनीहरू जस्तै नियमहरूको पालना गर्नुपर्नेछ।New Definition of Major Shareholders in Banks and Financial Institutions by Nepal Rastra Bank Nepal Rastra Bank has recently issued a directive that now considers individuals holding more than 0.5% of the total shares in banks and financial institutions as major shareholders. Previously, this threshold was set at 1%, but it has now been reduced to 0.5%. With this new limit, shareholders who exceed the 0.5% threshold will have to follow the same rules as other major shareholders.
