मानुषी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाको लकइन अवधि भदौ ७ गते सकिदैछ। लघुवित्तका अनुसार यस दिनदेखि कर्मचारीहरूको स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५ हजार ४६८९ कित्ता सेयरको लकइन अवधि समाप्त हुनेछ। लघुवित्तले सर्वसाधारणलाई आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी वि.सं २०७८ भदौ ७ गते बाँडफाँट गरेको थियो। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशन अनुसार सर्वसाधारणलाई सेयर जारी गरेको मितिदेखि ३ वर्षसम्म संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले धारण गरेको सेयर र कर्मचारीहरूलाई बाँडफाँट गरिएको सेयर लकइनमा राख्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ। लघुवित्तका संस्थापक सेयर सदस्यहरूमध्ये संचालक सदस्य र कम्पनीका उच्च तहका कर्मचारीहरूले भने सेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्न नपाउने व्यवस्था छ। हाल लघुवित्तको चुक्ता पुँजी १० करोड ९३ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको स्वामित्व ६४ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ७ लाख कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण समूहको स्वामित्व ३६ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३ लाख ९३ हजार ७०० कित्ता रहेको छ। The lock-in period for shares owned by employees of Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution is ending on August 23. According to the microfinance institution, the lock-in period for 54,689 shares owned by employees will end on this day. Manushi Microfinance had issued an IPO to the general public and distributed the shares on August 23, 2021. According to the directive of the Nepal Securities Board, shares held by the founder shareholders and shares distributed to the employees must be kept in a lock-in period for three years from the date of issuance to the general public. Among the founder shareholders, directors and high-level employees of the company are not allowed to buy or sell shares. Currently, the paid-up capital of Manushi Microfinance is 109.3 million rupees. Founder shareholders own 64 percent, or 700,000 shares, while the general public owns 36 percent, or 393,700 shares.

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले १०० रुपैयाँ दरका ३० करोड थान नयाँ नोट छाप्ने भएको छ। आइतबार एक सूचना जारी गर्दै बैंकले नोटको डिजाइनसहित छपाई र ढुवानीको जिम्मेवारीका लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बोलकबोल आह्वान गरेको हो। यस प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन प्रारम्भिक छनोटमा परेका योग्य कम्पनी तथा फर्महरूलाई पुनः दरखास्त आह्वान गरिएको सूचनामा उल्लेख छ। गत २९ अक्टोबर २०२१ मा जारी बोलकबोलमा सहभागी भएका कम्पनीहरूलाई यो अवसर दिइएको हो। योग्य आवेदकले एकल चरण दुई खाममा छुट्टाछुट्टै छापसहितका दुईवटा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। केन्द्रीय बैंकका मुद्रण विभागका अनुसार, छनोटमा परेका आवेदकले ४ सेप्टेम्बर २०२४ को १२ बजेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। छनोटमा परेका र टेन्डर पाएको कम्पनीले स्वीकृतिको अधिकतम १२० दिनभित्र नोट छपाई र ढुवानी सम्पन्न गर्नुपर्नेछ। आवेदक कम्पनीले धितोको रूपमा २ करोड ७५ लाख रुपैयाँ राख्नुपर्नेछ। Nepal Rastra Bank is set to print 300 million new 100 rupee notes. According to the notice, companies and firms that were initially selected in the preliminary selection process are invited to reapply. This opportunity is extended to those who participated in the tender issued on October 29, 2021. Eligible applicants must submit two separate sealed bids in a single-stage process. According to the central bank's printing department, selected applicants must submit their applications by 12 PM on September 4, 2024. The selected and tender-winning company must complete the printing and transportation of the notes within a maximum of 120 days of approval. Applicants are required to provide a security deposit of 27.5 million rupees.

To address this, an additional 669,900.27 ordinary shares will be issued through a public offering. गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को अन्तिम दिनसम्म सरकारले बजेट खर्चको ८०.४५ प्रतिशत मात्र कटाउन सकेको छ। महालेखा नियन्त्रक कार्यालयका अनुसार, कुल १७ खर्ब ५१ अर्ब ३१ करोड रुपैयाँ बजेटमध्ये १४ खर्ब ८ अर्ब ९८ करोड रुपैयाँ खर्च भएको छ। यसमा चालु खर्च ८३.४३ प्रतिशत रहेको छ, जबकि पूँजीगत खर्च ६३.४७ प्रतिशतमा सीमित भएको छ।In the fiscal year 2080/81, the government managed to spend only 80.45 percent of its budget. According to the Office of the Comptroller General, out of the total budget of NPR 1,751.31 billion, NPR 1,408.98 billion was spent. The recurrent expenditure stood at 83.43 percent, while capital expenditure was limited to 63.47 percent.
