With this rise, the total outstanding share-backed loans have reached Rs. 145.60 billion (1.456 trillion) by the end of Bhadau. तिहार लक्षित गर्दै राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्ष सुनको असर्फी वितरण नगर्ने, चाँदीको मेडालियन मात्र बिक्री हुने काठमाडौं, असोज २८ — आगामी तिहार (धनतेरस) पर्वलाई लक्षित गर्दै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्ष सुनको असर्फी बिक्री नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकको टक्सार महाशाखाले जारी गरेको सूचनामा असोज २६ गतेदेखि चाँदीका मेडालियन (सिक्का) मात्र बिक्री वितरण गरिने उल्लेख छ। टक्सार महाशाखाका अनुसार यस वर्ष लक्ष्मी मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) को मूल्य रु. ३,००० तोकिएको छ। प्रत्येक व्यक्तिलाई १ वटा मात्र मेडालियन खरिद गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। त्यस्तै, गणेश मेडालियन (१० ग्राम), गजलक्ष्मी मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) र गाई मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) पनि रु. ३,००० का दरले बिक्री गरिने सूचनामा उल्लेख छ। यी सबै मेडालियनहरू चाँदीका हुनेछन् र सीमित मात्रामा उपलब्ध हुने जनाइएको छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Halt Sale of Gold Coins This Tihar, Only Silver Medallions Available Kathmandu, October 14 — Targeting the upcoming Tihar (Dhanteras) festival, the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced that it will not sell gold coins (Asarfi) this year. The federation stated that the continuous rise in international gold prices has directly impacted the domestic market. The global rally has been driven by a weaker U.S. dollar and rising investor demand for gold as a safe-haven asset. Meanwhile, silver prices have also reached a record level. On Monday, silver was priced at Rs. 3,220 per tola, which has now risen to Rs. 3,325 per tola, marking an all-time high.
